“just visiting AVL but I had to leave a review! everyone working here was so kind and happy to be there. they appeared to be out of blueberry crumble cake but were somehow able to find one more piece for me. our lattes were delicious and my boyfriend enjoyed the absolute heck out of his bacon egg and cheese biscuit even complimenting how the bacon was cooked. the biscuit was warm and our lattes were hot! we will definitely be back next time we’re in town“

“Asheville is back! Just 6 months after the devastating Hurricane Helene winds, raging floods and overall nightmare, the city is ready for visitors! Yes, cleanup continues, and rebuilding the River Arts district and riverside parks will most likely take years, but so much is open, alive, and ready for tourism. Particularly nice is the Flat Iron Hotel, with suites in a creatively renovated office building in downtown. It's rooftop cafe has nearly 360° views of the entire city.“

“This is a great Mod. Ordering on the app for pickup is super easy especially if I want it for lunch. I get pizza or salad depending how healthy I feel that day. Always get whatever toppings I feel like, most times it’s a weird combo so they probably think I’m crazy. But they always make it good anyway. Extremely underrated vegan pizza IMO

“Amazing food. Best Italian food i have eaten. In a long time. They have indoors and indoors seating, plus a small bar with some stools. My wife and I had the chicken marsala and picatta, respectively, and both were amazing with yummy mash and broccoli. Definitely recommend this place.

“This pizza is next level! They are not messin around!!! They are helping the community during the Hurricane Helene aftermath! Their salads and pasta are so fresh and flavorful. I’m from Charleston, SC, it’s a foodie town… pizza is not our strong suit(with some exceptions). We newly arrived in Asheville and our minds were literally blown away by this restaurant!!! All the LOVE!!!“

“About 40 min delivery. I’ve had wings from other locations that are overcooked w/out much sauce. These were great! I had sodas not delivered, when the driver (Mendy) went back and got them for us. The Triple Treat Box was great also. 10/10“

“Great food customer service is okay. It's not excellent, it's not bad.I really don't know what to say about the atmosphere. Because there's no dine in, so you don't really have an atmosphere. It's just like Little Caesars running in grab it and leave. They do have a lot more choices than most pizza places.. some pretty good deals if you have the app downloaded And with the app you get a rewards program ?
Vegetarian options: They have every vegetable that can be put on a pizza so your options are pretty good
Parking: It's in a complex with three or four other businesses so there's plenty of parking day or night
Kid-friendliness: They are very friendly to kids when I take them in with me.

“At first, I thought I wasn't going to enjoy becuase aside from waiting 20mins+ for our orders, they don't have ketchup, salt, or pepper. I was like....? Why the heck don't they have it....... And thennnnn, we started eating. And guess what? YOU DIDN'T NEED IT. Becuase it was already as goood as it gets! It was so good that we finished everything in less than 20mins. I thought people are just being rude about the ketchup thing but noooo. They were actually right not having extras like that becuase you basically don't need it when you eat at The Hut! The slogan they have is legit! "No One Out Pizzas The Hut"!!! Thanks for the experience and preparation of food, it was great!

“It's all about the people. I ordered delivery for my son's birthday since I'm down with the sickness. Door Dash is apparently who handles that, as I learned today. Unfortunately there was an error and part of my address was lost in translation between the LC site and DD, so when my driver, Dennis, never responded to my messages and claimed to have delivered my order with no food in sight, I reached out.
Door Dash completely refused to refund OR redeliver, blaming me for the error. I asked to escalate the issue and they disconnected me.
Out of pure desperation I called the store and they kindly referred me to the DM, Ssb, who answered immediately, heard my plea for help, and called the store back on my behalf to ask them to fulfill the order. Much like Ssb, Michelle, the store manager, was incredibly kind, understanding, and helpful. They fulfilled the order AND treated me with great kindness and sympathy for my situation. We were able to complete a no-contact take-out with ease.
With customer service like that, it has made all the difference for my little family today. Thank you!!“
