“I frequent KFC about 3-4 times a month as my son loves fried chicken. I placed an order for pickup in 20 mins.This night it was extremely busy and we wernt able to wait longer for the food. I contacted the store and was gave a refund and to replace my food. Great customer service that was beyond what was expected.“

“I have to say that I have enjoyed zaxbys for many years , but the salads were starting to not be a good value or very filling. BUT, I gave them another shot today and it was the best salad I have had in a long time, even better that chick filet , keep up the good work , I don’t mind paying a little extra as long as it’s loaded like the one today .
