Just wanted to share a quick experience that I had at the 206 James Avenue Location. It sounds like a bad excuse on a first date, but I legitimately left my money at home. Realizing this at the counter, and seeing if I might get a cheeseburger or something with the change of hand, the lady at the counter, Teresa pulled her own money out of her pocket to pay for it without missing a beat, I think she deserves recognition and a raise for that and I do plan to follow up on this...read full review
Placed mobile order from app in advance (1240) for pick up at 1pm. Got there at 1255. Was first in line when I got there (for order to be taken), I walked out at 115. I watched everyone who ordered after (I confirmed I was there), served their food. I watched the cooks make the food for the woman who clocked out at 1pm.And the cherry on top, was the old frys we got. I’ll never use the app at this location ever again.
