This subway has made an insanely positive turn around that has blown my mind.For context, we've used this subway a number of times over the last year since moving to Lucama and it was TRASH. Horrible customer service (staff completely unprofessional), toaster had been down for MONTHS with no intention of repair or replacement, store was never open consistently (would just close for no apparent reason with no explanation). Place has to stay closed a lot bc they are short staffed. I can tell the employees are frustrated from it and you can’t say no one is applying bc I applied myself. Real lack of oversight from corporate or whoever is doing the hiring there

They need more professional staff and maybe workers who aren't teenagers. They never get our order right and are always out of stock, or the toaster isn't working. And can someone explain to me why they don't have the machine to make melts?
