“Just wanna shout out Kevin for making things right this morning with an order that was messed up last night as far as the owner I really don't care to respect anything that comes from that man because he wanted to argue with me over my order being incorrect and me, not even receiving something that I paid for. When you work in retail or in a business, the customer is always right no matter what don't sit there and try to argue with them, especially if they're unhappy about something that they bought from your store and didn't Receive six cookies that they paid for!“

“Just tried Ray's for lunch today while visiting Wilson...let me tell ya, hands down delicious food. The meatloaf was amazing and those mashed potatoes and gravy hit the spot. Coleslaw was perfect. “The lady at register was not a people person an seem to have a attitude because I asked her a question. She was not very friendly at all. I still told her thank u an was just asking question to know something. She still had attitude. she doesn't need be at a counter. The young man who wiped my table off was extremely nice an asked if I needed anything an told me thank you have a nice lunch. He should be at the counter. My 14 old grandson was with me when we sat down he said Nana she has bad attitude about me asking question. The hamburger bun on top was hot but the bottom part was cold. It had not been warmed at all.The fries were great. Cheese burger was good except the cold bun at the bottom . But I wasn't bout go back an tell her with her attitude. I had heard so much how good Culver's was from my son an His family who go some. I am Very dissapointed with the service today an part of food. Hopefully they improve service at counter. I don't usually say lot about service are food unless it isn't good . I may Try it again an see if next time is better. Maybe lady had bad hair day lol .“

“PROS - Polite and engaging staff - fast accurate orders - high quality food, like TV quality. - Clean store - Free Wi-Fi CONS - there is one manager who's an bitter old crabby B***h. But just the one, this lady is snarky and rude everytime someone tries to talk to her. SUMMARY My good experiences here outweigh my bad. It's easy to forget we are dealing with human beings who are at work in a stressful fast paced environment. I can't throw out the whole store for one bad apple. Most if the time the food is ok but I've had to have fries re made because they were not fresh and the new cinnamon and raisin they brought back is a mini biscuit. When they were here before they were bigger. Now 2 equals ine and they cost more“

I got here close to closing and almost didn't order. I caught the name of the guy cleaning behind the scenes really diligently. His name is Troy. Logan came to the counter to help me and I almost didn't order because it was close to closing but he was so encouraging and kind and I think he wanted me to have my ice cream as much as I wanted it walking up! 🫶🙌 Or at least he made it feel that way. I appreciate it because I had a long drive left and I had been on the road for a while.

What an amazing employee! I just think sometimes I don't expect to feel like I'm not in someone's way or disturbing somebody or something like that. He was so encouraging and personable. I had a couple requests for my ice cream and he did them perfectly! I saw Troy was busy working and cleaning in the background the whole time.

What a great crew to represent you guys here!

“So I placed an order tonight and decided to pick it up instead of delivery, well glad I did because it filled my heart with warm joy as I pulled up to park there was an older gentleman taking the time to blow the water puddles to avoid the frozen ice patches not only did he do it in front of papa John’s he covered the surrounding stores to ensure no one gets hurt while coming out for a meal then the cashier was going through something personal and still took time to greet me with a smile God bless this crew and I pray the little men I’m raising see this and remember change and happiness starts with us one person at a time“

“The Wilson, NC store is so close to perfection from a food standpoint. Delicious fried chicken, fries (although a bit too salty) and biscuits.
Focus is needed on customer service at the register. Took three tries to input the order correctly. A smile goes a long way.

“Ordered 2, 6 piece nuggets and a soda. Didn’t have as much on our card as we thought. Hadn’t eaten in a while and I guess the woman could see we lived in our truck. She took off the soda and gave us a 10% off discount to make the card go through. It was the nicest thing and meant so much to get this help. The food was fresh too! My pizza had more pineapple then pepperoni you would think they would even it out but folks don't use common sense today. My family did not like the big box pizzas and asked me not to buy it again besides that pizza hut is my favorite place for a good pizza..prices are ridiculously high and not worth the money when they minimize the toppings and charge extra for pan crust lol it'll be a while before I use them again.“
