“Excellent burger, but the drive through is very, very slow. Both times I went there was one car ahead of me waiting to order. I waited 10 minutes to place the order. Then I waited another 15 minutes to get my food. If it was only once I wouldn't be concerned. But it happened twice.“

“The lady at register was not a people person an seem to have a attitude because I asked her a question. She was not very friendly at all. I still told her thank u an was just asking question to know something. She still had attitude. she doesn't need be at a counter. The young man who wiped my table off was extremely nice an asked if I needed anything an told me thank you have a nice lunch. He should be at the counter. My 14 old grandson was with me when we sat down he said Nana she has bad attitude about me asking question. The hamburger bun on top was hot but the bottom part was cold. It had not been warmed at all.The fries were great. Cheese burger was good except the cold bun at the bottom . But I wasn't bout go back an tell her with her attitude. I had heard so much how good Culver's was from my son an His family who go some. I am Very dissapointed with the service today an part of food. Hopefully they improve service at counter. I don't usually say lot about service are food unless it isn't good . I may Try it again an see if next time is better. Maybe lady had bad hair day lol .“

“Just tried Ray's for lunch today while visiting Wilson...let me tell ya, hands down delicious food. The meatloaf was amazing and those mashed potatoes and gravy hit the spot. Coleslaw was perfect. Great hidden gem in this town. service was fast and super friendly. can't wait to go back. Keep up the good work. Very cheap prices and very large portions.“

“Southwestern bbq wrap is tasty with tender chicken, corn and red onion. I got extra sauce but didn’t need it. My only complaints are that it is a very messy sandwich and a bit salty, but still good and the service was friendly and efficient. IHad HERR’s kettle-cooked chips which were very good and go well with this sandwich. Always love WAWA!“

“The Nash St. Bell in Wilson kicks meister. They're fast, cordial, efficient & their customer service is second to none. It's also nice that your food doesn't look like abstract primate finger painting when you open it. It looks like what you see on the menu.“

I got here close to closing and almost didn't order. I caught the name of the guy cleaning behind the scenes really diligently. His name is Troy. Logan came to the counter to help me and I almost didn't order because it was close to closing but he was so encouraging and kind and I think he wanted me to have my ice cream as much as I wanted it walking up! 🫶🙌 Or at least he made it feel that way. I appreciate it because I had a long drive left and I had been on the road for a while.
What an amazing employee! I just think sometimes I don't expect to feel like I'm not in someone's way or disturbing somebody or something like that. He was so encouraging and personable. I had a couple requests for my ice cream and he did them perfectly! I saw Troy was busy working and cleaning in the background the whole time.

“Yes afternoon me and kids stopped on the way home to get some chicken!! No sure who was in the kitchen cooking but they pour their whole heart into that food yesterday (8/29/26)!! We got chicken and fries very smiple meal but it was full of freshness and flavor!! Thank you all that was working, y'all are the best!!“

“I've been to one in South Carolina... And GA, they've never disappointed !!! Now it's in Jax and the line was crazy but I was expecting that since it opened a day ago. I don't eat McDonald's or other fast food chains... But I'll always stop at Cookout. Food is always good.“

“This Bojangles was in close proximity to our hotel and we have always wanted to taste what the hype was all about. We were pleasantly surprised by the taste and quality of the Bacon, Egg and Cheese Biscuit with Bo-Tato Rounds and the Steak Biscuit with grits. The sweet tea was excellent as well. Here's to hoping they build a few Bojangles closer to home!!“

Most if the time the food is ok but I've had to have fries re made because they were not fresh and the new cinnamon and raisin they brought back is a mini biscuit. When they were here before they were bigger. Now 2 equals ine and they cost more“

I had not had a bad experience at all. Delicious freshly cooked sausage n egg with cheese on my dark brown biscuit tasting just right inside my mouth.
Every other day I stop to receive my breakfast combo…
This one has a grease of 100, which is what my store always maintained at all times.

“Ordered 2, 6 piece nuggets and a soda. Didn’t have as much on our card as we thought. Hadn’t eaten in a while and I guess the woman could see we lived in our truck. She took off the soda and gave us a 10% off discount to make the card go through. It was the nicest thing and meant so much to get this help. The food was fresh too! We’d return and hopefully we can pass this gesture forward next time we’re here. ♥️“

“Just wanna shout out Kevin for making things right this morning with an order that was messed up last night as far as the owner I really don't care to respect anything that comes from that man because he wanted to argue with me over my order being incorrect and me, not even receiving something that I paid for. When you work in retail or in a business, the customer is always right no matter what don't sit there and try to argue with them, especially if they're unhappy about something that they bought from your store and didn't Receive six cookies that they paid for!“
