“This place has enough room to seat customer. The salad bar needs to be covered a little more so that it could be a safer / shielded ( a little close to door so i think). The food tasted well. I would have given it a 5 but the portion was a little small for the price, none the less it tasted good. I had a pasta dish however, the customer service is not as great. It didn’t seem to be super busy yet it was somewhat difficult to get service waited for server at the bar . Bar a good atmosphere comfortable Prices seems to be reasonable. It’s clean and plenty of parking.“

“My first time visiting Jay's Country Kitchen, and I was EXTREMELY pleased. The waitress, Liz, was SO nice and VERY efficient!Even though they were steadily busy, our orders came out quickly. Eggs, bacon, 2 omelettes, pancakes, grits, toast (no biscuits), and coffee; everything was cooked to order and correct the first time.This is a gem of a place... Come as you are, and stay awhile OR call ahead for pick up (no drive thru) and head back out, easy peasy! They also offer a great lunch menu (which I look forward to trying in the near future), and everything is VERY reasonably priced!!CLOSED Sunday and Monday.6 am- 2 pm Tuesday - Saturday.Parking in the front and both sides of the establishment.Check them out.. Best grit bowls ever from a restaurant looking forward to coming back! Great hospitality, awesome homey vibes everyone felt like family!!! Lawd an the prices you wouldn't believe I fed 4 ppl a full course breakfast with less than a 20$ bill omg an that homemade strawberry lemonade was to die for, again we will definitely be coming back for they're lunch!!! “This place never dissapoints. The food is always made to order and fast. The wings are the best in town imo. Especially the hot lemon pepper. The salads are good and the ranch is homemade which I love and I can add bacon for only $1. The lemonade is really good as well. Good place to sit down and eat. They need dessert options.“

“I stopped in for a quick brunch and was immediately impressed by how clean everything was — floors, tables, and countertops. Kimberly was our waitress and she was friendly, attentive, and welcoming from the start. When I mentioned I was meeting a friend, she kindly brought extra silverware along with my decaf coffee without hesitation.

The restroom was spotless even at 1:00 p.m., and our food arrived hot and delicious. I also noticed the staff interacting warmly with guests and keeping the dining area clean, creating a great atmosphere. I love Waffle House, and this location did not disappoint. “Honestly, I have low expectations of most Golden Corrals. That said, I was pleasantly surprised by the level of service at this one.

The food was hit or miss. The price was very inexpensive, I think less than $15 per person. One major issue I had was that the plates were not being dried after being washed: I don’t want to put my food on a wet plate.

Overall, a pretty positive stop on a long road trip.“
