“Never been to this chain before. Didn't know it was a chain, didn't know it was a counter serve fast food style restaurant. Thought it was a sit down type.My very food fussy friend really liked their chicken sandwich. It was really plain with just a bun, two pieces of white chicken breast lightly breaded and that was it, no sauce or cheese or anything else, but he liked it that way.I got a pulled pork platter. The pulled pork was too spicy for me.“
“I honestly don't know how this place isn't slam packed every day. The food and customer service is some of the best I've ever had. The burgers are excellent, and their lunch and dinner plates offer you any thing else you might be in the mood for. If you're hungry in Lumberton I would highly recommend this place to anyone. Prices are more than fair!!“
“This place was legitimately incredible. Real home cooked food at a more than reasonable price point. Stopped in on a whim and left feelin like it was the day after Thanksgiving! I got the fried pork chop with chicken n dumplings, hushpuppies, and chicken salad. Everything was fantastic and the hushpuppies were off the wall, must try. Overall, get yourself in here as fast as possible you won't regret it.“
“Never realized this place was here, I’m glad I stopped in for lunch omw down 74.It’s pretty dark inside which messed with my eyes a bit and were also playing a movie instead of music for background listening, but it was sort of loud. Those were really the only downside.The service was good, the prices are great, and the BBQ is the best I’ve had in the state! A regular plate was enough of a potion for me, I’m stuffed.Will definitely be revisiting the next time I’m in the area.“
