“Stopped in here while on vacation and I am so happy I did! Such warm cozy atmosphere. The coffee is delicious and the meals are amazing the chili was very yummy. I highly recommend trying the oatmeal raisin pecan cookies they were the best I’ve ever had. The owner is very kind we chatted for a while very lovey place I will definitely be coming back!!!“

“Buck Bald Brewing Murphy is arguably one of the best breweries anywhere in North Georgia or Western North Carolina, with the exception of their Copperhill location. The, "Not a Cure For Baldness" is one of the best porters I've ever tried. “The beer and the pizza are amazing! We ordered 6 personal pizzas to go (meat feast, supreme, 2 Hawaiian, mac n cheese, and jalapeño popper), plus cheese bread.... awesome when you have kids who have different tastes but who all love pizza. I had a beer while we were waiting, a 1985 Mango IPA. The Jalapeño Popper was honestly one of, if not THE, best pizza I've had. Our bartender Judd is a really great guy, very friendly, personable, and interesting to talk to. I'm in from Michigan, and I'm really bummed I can't be a regular.“

And, the food!! The appetizers, the soups and salads, the entrees, and the desserts!! Bring your appetite because you’re going to want to try it all!“

“This is our favorite spot in town. Anthony is super friendly and professional and takes pride in his pub. Kelly is one hell of a bartender, constantly hustling and on the move. You’ll never feel alone in this spot. Customers make friends, there’s always something entertaining on one of the TVs. Everything we’ve eaten here has been awesome and fresh, from the nachos, to the burgers, to the lasagna and the wings. Great beer selection on draft and bottles. If only we can talk them into getting Guinness on nitro…. Ha!“

“We do recommend the Chophouse; however, something is different lately. Tonight was the first time that the hostess named Faye, wasn't friendly or welcoming. Actually, she was rude. Made reservations and we arrived a bit early so we asked if we could sit at the bar until our table was ready. She said "No". (nobody was at the bar).. We stood and waited patiently. When we were seated, we sat 15 minutes before anyone greeted us or offered water. Finally, a sweet young lady came over and asked if we'd been greeted yet. We told her no, so she said that she would help us until our server could get to us. Server never came, so she ended up taking us. Three of the four meals were delicious. Our advice to the owners - move Faye to the back of the house and hire more servers. Our advice to guests - visit them during low traffic times.“
