“New to Murphy. This was the first place that I stopped based on reviews. It did not disappoint. I've stopped in every week since. Bartenders Matt and Sade are the best. Friendly and fun! Dog friendly place that my Millie loves. They even have water bowls and treats for her. Made a number of new friends here.... it's kinda like a Cheers, but no Norm ??. Decor/ambience wonderful. Great bathrooms. Clean!Oh, and the BEER! DELICIOUS!!!.. Yes, I'll become a fixture here?”

“We loved everything about this place. The people were so welcoming and the coffee was fantastic. We had breakfast that was also 10/10 and we also stopped back for lunch which was also great! There’s many meat and non meat options and even amazing baked goods!”

“A gem of a restaurant with really impressive beers for a small town. The food was excellent and the beers had about 24 taps brewed by the establishment in a wide variety of styles from lagers to ipas to saisons to stouts.They do a lot of pizza and it was really good. Even have gluten free options that turned out great. They have a second kitchen for wings and many other options.It's one of very few restaurants in the town. It was an excellent choice despite so few options. I was very pleasantly surprised and would return without question.”

“After searching for a place to eat that we could bring our pup since we are on vacation and it was raining, we were told about The Mason Bar. They have a small area out front with an awning and we figured we could huddle under there. After talking to a nice man at the bar, they let us sit just inside the door with our dog. They brought our pup a bowl of water and the service was great. We had a very kind server. The food was delicious and came out quickly. Would definitely be back if we come here vacationing again!”

“Waffle King in Murphy, NC is one of our favorites in the area. We ❤️ the atmosphere. It's much like a restaurant in Mayberry must have been. Dale, owner/manager, runs the show like a champ and it's obvious the employees have full respect. Food's good, warm, prompt and served with a smile. There's not a slacker to be found. We've been going there for the last 11 yrs off and on and it's consistently good.”

“My partner and I stumbled upon The Neighborhood Grill during a bustling Saturday night in Murphy, NC, and were lucky enough to snag two bar seats.Opting for a local dining experience during our visit for a wedding, we were greeted by friendly staff and intrigued by the mason jar drinks, although they were a tad weak for our liking.As for the main course, we opted for the veal and ribeye, and both dishes were absolutely delightful. The flavors were rich, and met our expectations.However, the only drawback was the small bar area, which unfortunately led to a bit of a struggle in maintaining our own conversation due to the lively chatter/borderline rude of others at the bar. In hindsight, we should have waited for a table in the dining room to enjoy our meal without interruption.Overall, The Neighborhood Grill offers a cozy atmosphere and delicious food, but if you're looking for a quieter dining experience, I’d going elsewhere.”

“Ice cream is off the charts GOOD! However the prices are ridiculous! Over $5.00 for an ice cream cone??? It's a nice treat now and then but living on a fixed income and elderly it's out of the question most of the time. Maybe they could have a small cone for us seniors. Besides once you're over 70 who could eat a huge cone like that!Dietary restrictions: They have light ice cream and frozen yogurt. As well as some all fruit selections.Kid-friendliness: Picnic tables so the kids don't drip all over the car. The order window is low enough that the kids can belly up and order their own cone!”

“Went here the first time I got the catfish sandwich, and my husband got the burger and fries. The cat fish had just a little breading with plenty of fish and great flavor. The burger was fresh, and the fries were homemade. This is a small place, with seating inside and outside. It's clean and the food is delicious. The staff is friendly. They also have take outs. A constant flow of people in and out. Will be back.”

“It's inside Ingles so atmosphere leaves a lot to be desired. WiFi sucks. Seating isn't great. But the staff are all skilled, friendly and fast.Parking: As stated it's inside a grocery store so parking can be a pain sometimes.”

“We really enjoyed our visit. Our waitress was super polite and extremely attentive. She recommended pizza or the Little Italy. I went with the Little Italy. All 3 of the items were excellent. The alfredo was made from scratch and my shrimp was cooked perfectly. The lasagna portion was small but you do get 3 items and I was full after eating my meal.I gave 4 stars on atmosphere because, i thought it was awkward how close to the tables you had to squeeze through to get to your table that was near the inclined ramp area. It's a nit pick but people will stare as you try to squeeze by. That is the only thing I found fault with.I would definitely recommend this place and would go back if I ever visit again.”
