“Horrible experience , first of all the Ai computer answering the drive thru not only left me sitting at the drive thru ordering screen for over ten minutes I had to back up n reset her
..Secondly I ordered a 3 PC dinner with large sides Ai did not pick up on the large size , nor did they pick up on the three piece , when I got where I was going i had to turn around came back because I only had two pieces of chicken , I spoke with the cashier by the name of Ivan, he not so politely told me that I was only charged for a 2 PC dinner so I got what I paid for
..but yet I still didn't get what I ordered, he asked me if I wanted to speak to a manager and I did tell him that I wanted to speak with the manager the manager wouldn't even come to the front line for me to speak with him

Furthermore when I got back to my location not only was my 2 p. Dinner not correct but I also did not ha e my large mac n cheese as I ordered as well Instead had two large coleslaw!!!

People wonder why these restaurants are not doing well it's because you've taken away the customer experience

“I'd wait a little bit on some fresh chicken tenders butt Good thing is they also made the fresh fries to go with the tenders. So many places will go ahead and bag the fries while they're waiting on the food but they didn't it was all good and hot“

“Business is very clean inside and out. The food was fast and hot. The atmosphere was nice. Several families with children eating and enjoying the cool temperature inside the restaurant. Looks like the staff was short-handed but made the most of it. The hiring manager was very task oriented as she was giving an interview and helping run the back. The staff was very courteous. “Always like Taco Bell. Not enjoying the price hike. Was 12 tacos for $10 then 10 for $12 to 10 for $16 and going up. Have gotten good service at times where they give you enough sauce for the amount of tacos. Thanks to those people. Other times been given wrong sauce but no biggie. When I get someone who is pleasant I can deal with the rest. Customer service goes a long way.“

“Honestly it was the best Sonic I have ever gone to. The burgers were awesome. My onion rings were on point, so good. Strawberry shake was nice and think with plenty of real strawberry in it. The young fella that brought our food was polite and upbeat. Kudos to Sonic of Marion.“

“Always have a good experience here. The employees are nice. My food is always correct and fresh. They always toast the burger buns. (the one near loves never does and I didn't realize it made such a difference until I went to that one) Always get my food quickly. Only complaint is I don't like the new locations parking lot. I don't usually park but I did today and it was the only open space left. Just seems a little small. Don't like having to circle around the building so much and the mobile order lane is confusing.“

“I don’t know exactly why, but the chicken quesadillas at this location are so much better and fresher tasting than my usual Cook-Out! And the sweet tea is so far the best I’ve had in Marion. The bbq sandwich is heads and shoulders above the BBQ Hut down the road, too. I said what I said!“

“The staff at this location is pretty friendly. Never had them my order or anything. Only downside they do not have a wide delivery distance range. I think it's only about 5 mi. I live only about 8 mi And they're unable to deliver.“
