“My experience at ming fu was a perfect one i hands down !! I was met with the best hospitality and the food did not disappoint ! Not only were the prices already a steal during lunch but they had deals on top of that. I got the boneless ribs, egg rolls, and crab rangoon as a appetizer and literally had to stop myself from eating it all before my entrees came out so i didn't get full too soon lol.
For my entree i had the ming fu special, sesame chicken, miso soup, white rice, fried rice , the rock and roll specialty sushi roll , and the spicy mayo California roll. They have a great deal where if you order a main entree you get a free soup or salad, as well as if you order a speciality roll, you get a maki roll free and well as a soup or salad ! (dine in only for soup/salad). The ming fu special was definitely my favorite ! the jumbo shrimp and scallops , the chicken and mixed veggies with the sa-cha sauce was everythingggg ..and it was served super cute on a sizzling plate with the foil shaped as a swan ! The whole experience was more than i expected and ill definitely be returning to try more on the menu!.“

“It was so great to be back in the restaurant. They stayed takeout only for a long while after Covid and I finally stopped checking to see about dine-in. Very happy to have been able to have dinner inside again! I love the updates to the inside and the food was just as good as I remember. Thank you!“

Very fresh! Very clean atmosphere....and the young gentleman that greets w/ a genuine smile and an air of kindness helps makes the whole take out experience quite nice.
The chicken/ brocolli and beef/ broccolli are 2 of our favorites.....but the egg rolls!!!! Spectacular!!!! Try this sweet little shoppe soon!!!!“

“Love Thai Taste Matthews. Been going here for years. Always great service, clean, and amazing Thai food. The Thai iced tea is our family favorite. Can't go wrong with the daily lunch specials which come with soup and a spring roll, be aware that the lunch mmenu changes daily. You can still order from the regular menu. Cannot say enough good about this place. Hope you enjoy it as much as my family.“

“My experience here has always been top notch and delicious! It has been consistently great from when I was pregnant to now sharing meals on dinner dates with my son. “One of my favorite sushi restaurants in Charlotte located off East Boulevard in Dilworth. The location is fun, surrounded by retail and within walking distance to other restaurants. This part of Dilworth is being rejuvenated, I assume to capitalize on the upcoming opening, South & Hollis.
Highly recommend Konnichiwa's food, drinks, service, and ambiance.“

“My husband and I visited on 1/29/26. When I say the food was amazing. It was just what I wanted. I had Thai yum yum shrimp fried rice, my husband had the shrimp in garlic sauce, veggies and fried rice. This is now my fav place to get Asian food. I recommend highly.“

“First tried dining here for a date night, we really loved it so we went back for a family brunch and our little girl absolutely loved it! Our server Andrew was awesome too! From appetizer rangoons, to our yuzu sodas, the entrees (dang! that char siu is the best), and the dessert... customizing our bubble waffles was definitely the highlight!☺“

“My adult son loves Akahana. We ordered sushi rolls because they are always Bogo. They were good and plenty. The fish in and in the rolls tasted fresh. We lived in Tokyo for a year and have authentic sushi to compare. Oishi desu!!! The spicy, not hot, just flavorful edamame were outstanding. Felt like a well-worn diner, but don't put your chopsticks away on that count! We will go again.“

“I’ve been here twice and I can’t stop thinking how authentic the food is. I tried the Spicy Shrimp Wok and the Spicy Beef Broth and I would highly recommend them. I asked to make mine extra spicy and they didn’t disappoint. They also used Szechuan peppercorn in the broth and I loved it.“
