“I have been going to Rusty's for over 30 years. The food has been consistently good that whole time. In fact it is so good that I will not order a hamburger at another restaurant as I know I will be disappointed. I am there virtually every Friday for lunch. The Staff know me and always make me feel welcome. It is like the TV show Friends, where everybody knows your name. A special shoutout to the lunch time crew that I have come know. “I stopped by Reid’s this past Tuesday for the first time since before the new year it’s been a while since I’ve worked uptown, so I hadn’t had a chance to visit. I’ve gotta say, it’s a noticeable improvement from what I remember. The space felt cleaner, more organized, and everything just seemed to run more efficiently. Definitely a positive change. Oh, and do yourself a favor and get the TBA....it’s absolute fire!“

“I LOVE Reids!!! With returning to the office, searching for a nice place with good quality food can be a challenge in the heart of Charlotte. But when I tell you, I lucked up finding Reids! A couple of the Staff members make you feel like family . I've had their sandwiches, wraps and the salads!!! The salads are my favorite and the Salad Lady, Mrs. Yvette, is always friendly and happy to help. With a lunch rush, I'm surprised they remain so posed and pleasant. I'm unsure of the young Lady name that normally works the register, but she's amazing too. I always feel at home and respect the staff as if they were my own.
