I explained it to her and then she asked would I like something else. She was VERY nice, the staff in general was nice. I ended up with the Chipotle wings, which were delicious!“

“So refreshing to have something like Rada in Charlotte. My husband and I enjoyed celebrating our anniversary here! I felt like I was in SF or DC. Every dish we said “wow, this is so unique… these flavors…” etc etc. Each dish was carefully prepared and thought through. We did 2 small plates, 2 mediums, and a large, and it was plentyyy of food. The tri-tip… no words! The ravioli with fresh tomatoes… divine.

Eclectic environment, yet cozy and welcoming. We loved that every runner was different, it felt like we met the entire restaurant in just an hour and a half.

As a small biz owner, I applaud the owners and managers behind here. It takes a ton of guts and courage to open a restaurant, and they did so with gusto. I look forward to supporting however I can. Congrats team!!“

“Man… this place is hands down probably the best dining experience I’ve ever had in charlotte. The atmosphere, service, plating, menu etc are all very very impressive. The MOST impressive was Tommy and his extensive knowledge in wines and sparkling wines.. he took our table on an incredible journey pairing delicious wines and trivia with the exquisite dishes that Will and the boys prepared. I personally had the bison bolognese with handmade pasta and he brought an insanely awesome Cab out to pair it with- Dude was cruising around casually in a t-shirt absolutely OWNING his craft. Not only was my pállete entertained but we also learned a shit-ton about the wine and its origins. For the first time in 10+ years I didn’t feel like I was caught up in a get-in/get-out high dollar dining scheme- rather, it was an amazing immersive experience. If I thought I could pay double just to experience last night over again I would make multiple reservations to do so. The current menu and staff as well as management is absolutely crushing and impressing. I don’t see how this place doesn’t have a solid 5 star rating. Keep it up please! I will be back very soon.“

“On Friday 8/23, we came to The Crunkleton on a recommendation for my daughter’s birthday and we were NOT disappointed! From the moment we walked in the atmosphere and the staff were wonderful! We had Cole as our server and regardless of how busy it was that night, he made us feel like we were his only priority. He was very knowledgeable about your massive spirit selections and I mean massive! The food was fantastic and cooked to perfection. We got the Really Good Burger and let me tell you, we said medium and it was on point! It was very well seasoned which is rare when you go out to restaurants. Then to top off the night, my daughter got the beignets with the cold brew icing, WOW! I am a sweets person and these with that icing just WOW! Cole even put a candle on the rim of the dish because it was her birthday! So, you have our business any time we are in Charlotte! I just can’t say enough about our experience!!! You have a great place, amazing food, a wonderful spirits collection, and definitely not last or least a fantastic server in Cole!! “A night to remember at The McNinch House 🌹✨ Growing up, my Dad wasn’t just an industrial engineer—he was a hobby chef with serious skills. He spent his childhood in restaurants, and at home, he brought that magic to our table. I didn’t grow up eating “normal kid food,” and to this day, he’s the best cook I know. My love for food? 100% from him. The McNinch House has been on my list for over a decade—and let me tell you, it was worth the wait. Executive Chef Eric O’Connor, who joined just a year ago, blew us away. We had the 4-course tasting menu (I truly don’t know how people survive the 5-course!), and every dish was a standout: *Corn & Clam Chowder – the cream is everything *Bone Marrow – best I’ve ever had *Lamb Lollipops (my husbands) – best I’ve ever had; perfectly cooked *Pork Wellington (my husbands) – the basil took it over the top *Snapper Succotash – the bacon made it *Crème Brûlée – perfectly done From the surprise oyster starter (cool presentation served in a shell over ice) to the palate-cleansing sorbet between courses, every detail was thoughtful and special. Chef Eric personally served our entrée—how cool is that? The service was impeccable, with a main server and 2-3 others helping throughout. At the end, they even handed me a freshly picked rose from their garden. 💐 We dined in a historic 1800s home filled with charm, and afterward strolled through the garden—flowers everywhere, twinkle lights, fountains, and the Charlotte skyline in view. I had to ask for the chef’s autograph and a photo—he’s just that good. We told him he deserves a star, and he smiled and said, “We’re on the list.” So now I’m shouting from the rooftops: let’s help make that Michelin star happen! He absolutely deserves it. Thank you, Chef Eric and the entire McNinch House team, for one of the most enchanting, romantic, and memorable meals I’ve ever had in Charlotte. The cocktail selection was big and fancy. Really good all of them. A bit pricey but definitely a recommended date night.

My only complaint is the membership, which only gets you access to the bar. Which is a great bar... But there's several other great bars without a membership that requires you put your credit card number, works as a yearly subscription that if you cancel, you lose the rest of the year.... Kinda predatory.

So since we're being predatory, I'm gonna complain about a lot of petty stuff as well.
-Some of the staff was dressed very casual. Not uniformly. Not what I expect from a club I'm paying a membership.
- bathrooms toilet was not flushed when I'm coming in. Pretty not membership worthy.
- water is tap water. And the one that taste bad. You can buy 24 water bottle pack with half of one membership.

What am I paying for?

Anyways. Besides those predatory practice, it is a great place with great food and great drinks. Just had to speak my mind“

My main complaint is Shika the girl who answers the phone to take your order has a getto attitude problem!!!! Why is she answering the phone? “It's not a bad place for a burger if you can get in. The parking is usually packed, but that should be a good sign. I went on a Thursday, the place was pretty empty and very clean. The staff kept busy cleaning and refilling everything. The burger was basic and fresh, and the prices were fair. I would stop again if I'm close.“
