Spicy enough to gice you the kick.Absolutely loved itKatsu sando was good in taste, chicken was good enough fried but had a lot of oilChicken wonton - so so good, i think best i have ever had. Small quantity but really good taste.Menya is a must must try.I was there on a tuesday evening and easily got the sopt without any wait time.Vegetarian options: A few vegeterian options on menuParking: Sometimes can be tough to find parkingLook for street parking nearby“
“My associate and I had a selection of appetizers and small plates. All the dishes were fresh, tasty and well presented and prepared. The service was excellent and the waitresses offered to answer any questions that we might have. This is a very clean restaurant please be aware there are five obviously fake one star reviews written by folks who have no other review history. Please support this Independent Business owner.“
“This was our first time eating here. The service was amazing and the waitress kept checking on us and was super friendly. The food was all made fresh as it was piping hot and really good. I am not sure why we waited so long to eat here, but we’ll be back.“
“Getting soup to go is a challenge but SARU does a great job, separating the broth in one container and the ramen with addins in the second container. I brought it back to the office, took my photo, and poured them together. On a cold day, what's better than soup?Delicious! I had chosen the spicy broth and it came with the usual fixings in the bowl - bamboo, scallions, roast pork and noodles with spicy chili sauce. Overall, quite good. The noodles were a bit too firm and the pork slices were too thick. But still quite tasty.Vegetarian options: There are vegetarian broths.Parking: There is "two hour" parking nearby and unlimited parking a little further away.“
“The restaurant is big and Busy! I really suggest getting there early to put your name on the list a few minutes before they open. Worth it. The place is Loud for Dim Sum (that when we were there, Sunday morning). This place has really on point dim sum which my friend and I are thrilled about. We came from Raleigh and had a concert the night before and wanted to check out what. Charlotte had to offered. I have to tell u to get all the shumai and chicken feet u could get your hands on. The ladies with the carts will push the cart of goodness around every table so it may take a minute: from jelly fish salad to tripe... Very good by the way. We loved everything we had. I didnt see egg tart this trip though. I wish we had this in Raleigh“
“I haven't been to this place before but we decided to try it on a whim.. we came maybe 1.5hrs before they closed. Decided to try a few things...everything was good...but the beef jerky was definitely too hard. The shrimp app was delicious but overly saturated, the Pad Thai was good..however the shrimp was not seasoned. The staff was very kind. Will visit again and try more things.Parking: Located in a shopping center.“
“The food here is amazing. The spring rolls, crispy rolls, and lemon grass chicken bahn mi is a personal favorite of mine. Their pho is also really great. The people at the counter are always helpful. It is a small cozy space, but that’s what makes it feel so wonderful. I have continued to come here any chance I get as I’m from out of town. This place is always one of the spots I hit when I come into town.“
“I lived in Taiwan for over ten years. The Bubble Milk Black Tea and Spicy Beef Noodle are absolutely legit. The portion is enormous: one order could fill up two people. It's like a quart of broth.Al dente noodles.Everything kept separated until you mix it when you're eating it.Truly spicy: their jalapeño are even fresh - that tells you everything. The restaurant is spotlessly clean, run by a family, and very friendly.Zero bad things to say.See photos for proof.Vegetarian options: You won't find fresher vegetables. The menu is small so they keep it very fresh.“
“I was in the area and decided to dine in. The atmosphere is nice and the customer service was decent. I decided to get a curry ramen and the mango green tea boba. The ramen was large in portion and had a variety of veggies and meats however I felt the flavor was lacking. The boba was okay but not the best. One thing I thought was odd was after I was brought my food, I was told to pick up my own utensil in the front. Nonetheless, all in all, it was a decent experience. ?“
“Last Friday I went with my friends and this place was absolutely amazing! Great service and even better food! Sushi fans you have to try this place, I will be coming back regularly it was absolutely amazing! I had Special roll, chicken wing appetizer, sashimi app, seaweed salad and a poke bowl it was all phenomenal. Fast service as well as good service. 100% recommend!“
“Still my favorite sushi restaurant close to charlotte! Moved around quite a bit but everytime I'm in town I still like to visit. Great food, even better drink specials. I'm glad to see it's one of the things that hasnt changed.“
“The whole experience at the Optimist Hall was grand but this #DumplingLady is what brought us here and she did not disappoint! Followed very closely by #Papiqueso and #florafontabrewery. All in all a great lace and one of the reasons Charlotte North Carolina is worth visiting.Kid-friendliness: This whole place is family friendly!“
“You've got to check out the Hainan chicken at this spot – it's seriously amazing! The flavors are totally legit, and that chicken is super tender. They give you a big serving of half a chicken with rice, enough for two peeps. It's a sweet deal, and I'm definitely gonna be ordering takeout from this joint whenever I'm craving Hainan chicken. ??“
“I judge most Thai restaurants at first by their classic pad Thai. And this spot has some excellent pad Thai. So many other Thai restaurants lack flavor but Chokh Di is one of the best I have had. Great apps, great curry, great pad Thai. You can't go wrong here.“
“This place is fantástic, the people working here are amazing and love their work. I've had Pho in a number of places in LA/Seattle and this is one of the most authentic places. Please give them a try, they will treat you like family.Careful with the Chilli oil (I Wasn't ?)“
“Li’s is an awesome restaurant close to Matthews. A couple years ago, they were only taking to-go orders, but they are back open and the dining space is very cordial. The cashier lady/waitress is extremely friendly and the food comes out super quick! I highly recommend this spot!“
