I had gotten 2 different meats and shrimp 🥴. I have never been a person on cold shrimp and it was my first time adding shrimp to a salad. I got it to go and thought it was a good idea to try this salad on 77 around 2:30 while driving “that was not a smart thought” !!! “I have been shopping for athletic shoes at Fleet Feet-Fort Mill exclusively for about 8 years. The staff is knowledgeable and so helpful. We went in on April 23, 2026 for my husband to get fitted for good sneakers to walk in. Caroline helped us measure and map out his feet and go d just the right shoes and insoles to support him well. She was also assisting another customer when we walked in and we were happy to wait. She started working with my husband while the other customer’s son was walking around in the shoes he was trying on. She was very attentive to both the other customers and us. Can’t praise her enough!!! And can’t praise Fleet Feet enough!“

“I had lunch here on 1/7/22 and it will be my last time eating at this restaurant unless changes are made. The restaurant was slow with only us and one other table at time. A 3rd group of 3 came in with a dog. The server asked if it was a service dog and the guest replied yes and offered to go back to the car and get the dogs vest. The server said they didn't need that but made them sit by the garage door and continued to ask them questions about the dog and if they had some type of ID or card as proof. He then opened the garage door while it was 47 outside. Everyone in the restaurant was cold, one couple got up and moved and we just wrapped things up without finishing our lunch but especially that group who was now basically left sitting outside. They tried to explain what was and wasnt allowed when it came to service animals and were nice to the server and told him they understood when he said he was new and would need to ask the owner but he just kept saying this is what his owner told him he had to do and left the huge door open and everyone in the cold. They ended up leaving, then the server came around and tried to blame them for the poor treatment and said they were using offensive language.. ( the restaurant is tiny I was only 1 table away and they were very nice the whole time even when they expressed their disappointment in the way it was being handled they were not rude) This isnt the way anyone with a service dog or any sort of handicap should be treated. We wont be coming back until this place can figure out how to treat people fairly and with dignity and respect.“

As someone from Syracuse, NY, where Brooklyn Pickle is from, this place brings back all the best memories. I was so happy to see that they’re in Charlotte now!

The dark rye roast beef sandwich is especially amazing… so good and so satisfying. I also really enjoyed the macaroni salad and broccoli salad, which tasted fresh and classic. This place is exactly how I remember it!

It feels great to have a taste of home down here, and Brooklyn Pickle absolutely delivers. We will definitely be back again!“

“Had a mishap with DoorDash taking over 45 minutes to drop off my order when the store is less than 10 minutes away. I called Panera, they not only remade everything but went above and beyond in customer service when I picked it up! My son enjoyed the gifted cookies.“
