Starbucks in Matthews

“As a former barista, some of the people complaining in these reviews need to get a grip. It’s clear they’ve never worked in a coffee shop before. Of course there’s a rush! The cashiers and baristas are doing everything they can.That being said, the employees I encountered handled it with a really good attitude and still have really good service! I had a really hard day at work, so I really needed to unwind, and with these employees that was really easy to do! Definitely will be back :)“

“We stopped in this shopping center for lunch and coffee before a road trip. It was convenient because there were many food options in the same shopping center. And this Starbucks was nicer than the typical Starbucks inside a grocery store. They had a nice seating area and the service was quick, accurate, and friendly.“

“They lady who helped me was very nice, and gave great suggestions for other things to try. My drink was awesome I had a cold mint chip something. Although there was only 1 employee working she was fast and efficient. I would go back to this Starbucks inside the Harris teeter off potters road again, based off my experience.“

“The people there were super sweet today. I was trying to figure out which drink I wanted and the young lady helping me was nice enough to tell me about the refresher drinks. I decided on lemonade pineapple refresher drink and it was so good. I have not tried these before but I cannot wait to get another one. I will say there is no caffeine in the drink so of course it’s always a tough choice to make :)“
