“Placed our order on the kiosk as they push you to use those. Others came in after us and placed order at the counter and received their order before us. After waiting about 15 minutes with 3 small hungry kids I finally went to the counter and said something. We got our order about 5 minutes later. We placed a to go order after we ate and they only gave us half the order. I will not stop at this McDonalds again.“
