“I’ve been waiting to eat here and it was well worth the wait!! We ordered the NAPOLETANA and it was very good, so much flavor! The homemade cannoli’s were amazing too. The restaurant was very spacious and clean. Will definitely be coming back!!“

“Updating the review. As I said I do not mind errors but how one responds to those errors is important. The owner of Mimi's called me, apologized, and made the interaction right. He found out why my ravioli came out like it did and fixed the issue. I do trust Mimi's to take care of the customer and to deliver quality food & service.
We were told by friends that this place was great and when we ordered and picked up they were kind and engaging, BUT I ordered 70 bucks worth of food, we were having a family game night and one of my sons ordered a Caesar salad. I picked up the order and when we got home it was not there. I called and they said I could drive back and get it or on my next visit (Very Presumptuous) they would give me a free salad. They could not or would not credit my card. I ordered baked ravioli. when I opened it looked like soup and one has to swish around the pan trying to find the ravioli. One of my sons actually called it ravioli soup. The flavor was meh. SO I pay for something, drive to pick it up, its not in the order and you make the assumption , "He'll be back" and then I am supposed to tell you this story. look up my details and see if my free salad is there? I don't mind errors, but how you respond to them determines if we are coming back and Mimi's we are not coming back. Your policies or practices should benefit the customer. This did not and the ravioli was pitiful.“

“Based out of a Pit Stop gas station on Alamance near MLK. They have great food. Fried gizzards, fried chicken livers, tenders, fried chicken, wedges, etc. They're cheese steak, rice, tzatziki, and falafel are very good as well. Plus the owners are good guys. Friendly service. Definitely recommend.“

“The food is good. The waitresses are great. But the drunks in the bar drive me nuts. I usually get take out. Love the food.
Vegetarian options: I get pizza wit tomatoes and cheese fries. They also have the chips and hoagies.. will work with you to make it vegetarian.“

“Great place to come and hang out! The arcade games are great, there is a wide selection of drinks, and they always have great specials!
Parking: There is a paid parking lot passing BoxCar but if you can find street parking in the weekend it's free.
Kid-friendliness: I see kids there during the day but I think it's adults only once you hit a certain time.“

“We stopped in for the first time in years. Glad we did. The Stromboli was huge a delicious!! The manicotti was also very good!
The cheese fries were ok. The ranch definitely not homemade.
The service (female) was great! Very polite! We will definitely return!! Worth a try if you haven’t! The Stromboli looks burnt. I assure you it’s awesome!!“

“I always rate an Italian restaurant by their red sauce and how fresh the food is. I make a better red sauce than most any Italian restaurant in the Piedmont, Triangle areas. I can't say that I've tried them all, but I can say I've tried many, many over the years. Little Italy's food is always fresh and tasty. Their marinara sauce is as fresh as it comes. Robust flavors with fresh chunks of tomatoes. It's about the best I've had from a restaurant. I just wish they would add a little bit of sugar to offset the acidity, and it might just be perfect! My husband and I are foodies, and we eat out a lot. I don't like to diss other restaurants, but someone posted Da Vinci was better. I can say Little Italy beats their red sauce hands down. We tried 95% of the Italian restaurants in the area. Some have upscale dining rooms like Prego's Trattoria, but their red sauce just doesn't cut it. We've tried all the popular ones 2 - 3 times, and Little Italy wins! The Veal Parmigiana is one of the best. BTW, their Chicken Fettuccine Supreme and Chicken Piccata are fabulous. (We didn't care for the Lasana, though there wasn't much to it.) I really like the chicken soup. They give you fresh bread with most orders, and it's really yummy. Next on the list to try are their subs.“

“First time eating here. Cute decor inside and liked the 98 health department rating that was prominently displayed.... you would have to be blind as a bat not to see it🙂. Good, attentive service. Subs were excellent, fries fresh and hot. Good value for the dollar and quality. We are looking forward to a return visit to try their pizza.“

“This Domino's location can be great, but it can also be terrible. It is hit or miss for sure. Sometimes the food is made perfectly, other times the food looks, and taste, like a 4 year old made it. They definitely need some consistency. Not to mention, it's the same concept with their employee's attitudes. This is not my first choice when it comes to ordering pizza, no matter how cheap it is.“
“It is actually a Taco Bell that has a Pizza hut express. I ordered the largest size of the cinnabons. They're not exactly inexpensive, of course I ate one on the way home in the car and while they were lukewarm they were totally cooked in the inside. There was no filling. Normally I'm biting into something soft, warm, and gooey. I thought maybe I just got a bad one. Living only 5 minutes away I decided to continue home and see what the kids thought. Unfortunately all of them were past their time.I did call the restaurant later that evening, the manager on duty was extremely nice, apologetic, and professional. We did receive another box the next time we went by. She also said (something like) she would go over procedure with the staff so nothing like this would happen again.My husband was in the restaurant business for over 20 years and totally understand how things like this can happen. The manager on duty could not have handled it any better.When we got our replacement box, they were absolutely perfect. Between the manager and the perfect cinnabons is why I gave 4 stars instead of 2.“

“So disappointed in my order today for so many reasons. You had a special posted on the pamphlet but then told me I couldn't have that special, then why is it sitting here for me to see but can't have. I was told to get the handmade pan pizza Black box... Some slices of pizza didn't have sauce cheese or my mushroom topping on it. Maybe it was a rush job I don't know but I had more dough than pizza toppings. I don't know if people are falling all over themselves for mushrooms but it could have been more mushrooms on the pizza as well considering the fact that two whole slices had no toppings on it whatsoever. Very disappointed I came back to work and tried to give it away.“

“I have been getting food at this restaraunt for almost 20 years. I moved to the Lake Norman area about 7 years ago, but I still stop by to get food anytime I am in the area to visit family. Their greek salad is exceptional. Pizza is wonderful. Their steak and cheese is my favorite out of all the ones I have eaten. I love their homemade chips.
Kid-friendliness: They do not neccessarily have kid meals, but my kids love their pizza and steak and cheese subs. I can split a small steak and cheese sub between 4 small kids.“

“We only ever do take out from here, and not often. But when we do it's delicious. Everything we've had is great. We always get a cheese pizza for kids, sometimes adding sausage. And we typically do subs or a calzone/stromboli. 100% recommend.“
