“Don't eat at the one in Fayetteville. The location used to be Fabe's and that was great. The locations for Alpaca in Sanford and Raleigh are great, too, but I got food from the one in Fayetteville the other day and was so disappointed. The chicken was not nearly as flavorful as it should have been and the green sauce was like that as well. It was just sad. I suppose I should have guessed based on the two staff members running the counter. They looked and acted like they wanted to be anywhere else.”

“We visited last night for dinner and let me tell you, Aiden was fantastic. He was training someone too, and didn't miss a beat. Thoroughly enjoyed having him as our waiter. He met every need and request with a smile and with ease. AND, he didnt ask for a review at rhe end like others have during previous visits. The food was TOP NOTCH, everything tasted great! Thank you Aiden, we will be back!”

“We were in Mebane visiting family and found this place through a Google search. How lucky for us! My husband (who is something of a pizza snob) said the pizza was great, my pasta was amazing, the strawberry cheesecake was worth the trip by itself. Our server, Sebastian, was super attentive, helpful and friendly. Another staff member stopped by our table and offered help, didn't catch his name, but he also super nice. VERY reasonably priced. Highly recommend!”

“Stopped in for a couple of drinks and appetizers. What a wonderful decision. 212 has been recommended by fiends, but this was our 1st trip. The drinks were great! However, the heroes were the appetizers. We had the deviled eggs, ahi tuna and Deep South egg rolls with collards, ham and chicken. We will definitely be back for a ‘meal’. Our server was also bartending and did a fantastic job. Great experience!”

“Went here to get coffee and some pastries yesterday (3/26) and the service was phenomenal! The coffee was the best that I have had from any small business ever. Got a red velvet cupcake and a blueberry muffin to take home. Both of them were so delicious! The prices are reasonable and the experience was just wonderful. Can't wait to come back!”

“Ordered literally at 8:30pm, a halfway before they close because my kids and I were craving.

Super nice, not rude whatsoever about it, smiled at my children and the food is AMAZING.

It's not hard to describe once you eat it, but I've been around alot of Chinese food and what Hibachi does that's important is they have their own style.

We got 3 chicken hibachi, one was steak & chicken. Chicken just tender enough but well done, crispy bits interludes amongst the rice, the vegetables fresh and lightly sauteed, the rice was sticky, gummy, yet solid, great consistency.

The flavor profile is immaculate, I eat at alot of 20 course dinner places and I'm not trying to be that guy, I'm just saying they know what they're doing here.
Light salt on everything which is a major plus as most Chinese places have no style in this area, one has to understand volume and saturation.

Ridiculous size portions of steak,succulent and medium rare, some crafted burnt edges that are wonderful, same with the chicken, so much portion going on.

I can't imagine what the lo mein tastes like.

All I'm gonna say is come in here and give them your money, so good.”

“Tried the Nashville hot chicken biscuit. Keep in mind they put some kind of mayo based sauce on the biscuit as well. Didn't get the loaded on with the egg, but the heat was there. Sanitation score was on point with the 99.5 rating. Glad I tried it, but want thrilled with the biscuit for the price.”

“We were visiting the area and looking for a quick place for lunch. It was quiet for 1pm, which was actually nice. People would mostly come in for take away orders. They do have other salads and Italian dishes to choose from besides the pizza we had.\n\nOutstanding garlic bread knots! Comes in pack of 6. We then ordered a pizza to share. We asked to not put green peppers on it, but when it was brought to the table, everyone had to pick off the peppers, which prompted the 4 stars. Not sure if the chef was given this information or not.”

“Went in and asked for a center and they were out. Another clerk overheard and said they can be made from a whole cinnamon roll. What impressed me even more is the clerk being told this immediately asked to be shown for next time. What a pleasant rarity someone caring about their job and great customer service!!!! This was on Christmas Day (2024).”

“Best selection in Mebane. The owners take pride in creating a comfortable and safe place with a wide variety of beers, whiskey, hemp drinks, and more. Darts and karaoke occur weekly. LGBTQ+ friendly. Hands down the best old fashioned in town. I've been a patron since day 1 and through all of the years of shifting and changing, it's always been a wonderful vibe thanks to the wonderful owner!”

The fried chicken tenders... heck yeah.. They were served HOT, Krispy, Krunchy!!
Great size tender, juicy, got these fried potato wedges, and a small honey biscuit, plus a Brisk Tea from their cooler.
All was just over $13. Thats super affordable and I liked the quality. Not many other selections they must sell out or not over make sure in order to save on food waste. I'll remember this spot for that fried, affordable, fix.
