“Don't eat at the one in Fayetteville. The location used to be Fabe's and that was great. The locations for Alpaca in Sanford and Raleigh are great, too, but I got food from the one in Fayetteville the other day and was so disappointed. The chicken was not nearly as flavorful as it should have been and the green sauce was like that as well. It was just sad. I suppose I should have guessed based on the two staff members running the counter. They looked and acted like they wanted to be anywhere else.”

“Nice little local diner. I'm not rating this on a haute cuisine scale, but on the American breakfast diner scale. The food was decent, honest American breakfast food (Southwest omelette). Attentive staff and not understaffed like a lot of places these days. Nice casual breakfast.

“Stopped in for a couple of drinks and appetizers. What a wonderful decision. 212 has been recommended by fiends, but this was our 1st trip. The drinks were great! However, the heroes were the appetizers. We had the deviled eggs, ahi tuna and Deep South egg rolls with collards, ham and chicken. We will definitely be back for a ‘meal’. Our server was also bartending and did a fantastic job. Great experience!”

“Came here for the first time with my sister who recommended this place. It's a unique little shop with delicious ice creams rolls, the nutella milk tea was to die for and the staff are very nice. They were patient with us as we tried to decide on our order and gave suggestions. Highly recommend this place!”

“Stopped in here on our recent travels in the area to see family. The mini cinnamon crumb cake was delicious, I wouldn't say it's the go to place to get an espresso based drink. Overall, the people who waited on us were nice and seems to be a good local stop for baked goods.”

“Tried the Nashville hot chicken biscuit. Keep in mind they put some kind of mayo based sauce on the biscuit as well. Didn't get the loaded on with the egg, but the heat was there. Sanitation score was on point with the 99.5 rating. Glad I tried it, but want thrilled with the biscuit for the price.”

“Parking: Sanitation Rating 98, excellent customer service , the dining area could use a new trash can or clean the outside it wasn't very nice to look at while eating. The food was very good and the portion size was also good. My first visit was a good one.”

“Pretty darn good pizza. I ordered by the slice. Both were tasty and the ratios were great! It was $11 for two slices and they gave me a drink I didn't order. Kinda pricey, but the whole pizzas look to be better priced. One thing I don't like is the trend to place pepperoni pizza on top of a cheese pizza that was already baked. I shouldn't let out my rage on this place specifically. But, why is that a trend? Overall, great spot. Alamance county has some good pizza joints.”

“Brownie Batter and Oreo toppings... Amazing. I’ve gone three times over a few months; they’re always really kind to me, and the 2nd time, they even remembered me. That really left a good impression on me.
I haven’t tried the popcorn though, as I only eat popcorn at movie theaters.”

The Brunswick stew is really good as well as the bbq sandwich and shoestring fries.”

“This was our first time trying Cook Out and we were not disappointed. The person who took our order was patient and kind. The waiting time for our food was really short. We ordered 3 Cookout burgers with cheese, a banana pudding shake, onion rings, fries with cajun seasoning, fried okra, nuggets, a regular burger, a corn dog. Everything we ordered was really good and the price was in a good range. (Even my dad approved, which is really rare)

Vegetarian options: There are options on the menu that do not have any kind of meat like the fries, onion rings but it doesn’t clearly specify that it’s vegetarian.”

“Local hometown/neighborhood bar. Owners are involved and active and treat everyone like family. ALL are welcome! Lots of fun events such as Dart night, Karaoke, Live music, food events. Prices are WELL below average. Great selection of beer and liquor. They have cigars and snacks but local food is allowed and encouraged. They are active in the downtown scene and support their fellow small businesses owners.”
