“This is a super cute little winery. Very friendly staff, they have 3 local wines, and several made with grapes from outside the state. A bunch of places to sit and enjoy your glass or flight. They have a small parking lot that fits about 10 cars. Some snacks and a cute gift shop.”

“Every time I have gone the food has been amazing except last night I ordered the ribeye cajun style and medium rare. The steak had no flavor. It didn’t even have salt and pepper on it, and it was cooked rare, and it was super fatty. my dad got the chopped sirloin like he always gets and there was not a lot of meat like usual and again no flavor like they didn’t use seasoning this go around. It was super disappointing.”

“Where do I begin?! Summerwood Sweets was able to make our wedding vision a reality. We wanted customized cakes at each guest table representing the relationship or connection we had with each other. Rose delivered that idea with creativity and passion. And the cakes were not only beautiful but absolutely delicious. Oh, and our wedding cake was also amazing!! Highly recommend if you want the best.

“Got fajitas takeout last night. It was great! With the fajitas, you get the fajita meat and grilled vegetables in one container then in another container, you get rice beans and then in like a little shell tortilla shell you get lettuce, sour cream, and guacamole that’s in a different container and then the flower or corn tortillas come rolled up and some aluminum foil and then of course you also get chips and salsa is a whole lot of food. My family was very happy, and we had leftover fajitas the next day. Definitely ordering here again!!”

“I have used Sassy Cakes twice over the last couple months, they made a gender reveal cake for us and then made cupcakes and a smash cake for my little boys birthday. Not only is their staff talented with any sort of design but their flavors are delicious, everything is super fresh and their customer service is top notch. I cannot say enough good things about this bakery and plan to use them for every event and milestone to come.”

“We loved working with Sharon! We had a big ask for her when we met - we wanted five types of cake for our wedding weekend. We were celebrating our housewarming, our wedding, and my 30th birthday, so it called for a lot of cake!! And Sharon did NOT disappoint in any way. For the welcome party/housewarming/birthday party we had approximately 75 guests, and we ordered two 9” round cakes. THEY WERE GORGEOUS and delivered on every ask that we had!! My 30th birthday strawberry cake was heavenly, and the almond cake was just as exceptional. Despite the hot weather on the day of the party, and the cakes melting off the cake stands, our guests wouldn’t let us throw it away. No… they would walk by and take bite size pieces of it, and then come back 3 minutes later for more!! There was no part of those cakes that was thrown away. For our wedding, I was excited to try it. The bar had been set so high with the welcome party, and our guests (and Zach and I) were excited to try more! For the wedding, we did a three tier chantilly style cake for the main, and two Chocolate sheet cakes for the 2nd. Every. Slice. Was. Gone. And people were talking about it at breakfast the next morning. I cannot thank Sharon enough for the incredible job she did making these beautiful cakes. There is no one else in the Charlotte area that I will ever get a cake from, and I am already excited for our one year anniversary, so we can have her remake our cakes for us again! I’m hungry just thinking about it! Thanks Sharon!”

“Very friendly person who brought us our food! Yummy and thin crust. We got bbq, the Charlie, Hawaiian, pesto, and the four meat. My favorite was the bbq. I also really loved the pesto but that’s because I love cheese pizza, it could have used more pesto flavor. The Charlie was the only one that wasn’t worth it.”
