Charlene not only gave us great service, she brought the presence of Jesus as she prayed over us. God is good continues to be our declaration everywhere we go! “I've dined here twice in the last 6 months. Both times I had a dog, so I sat outside on the patio- and it is so nice. Beautiful views while you eat and enjoy your wine! Twice I've had the smash burger, and it is SO GOOD. Ordered the brussel sprouts on both visits as well, they are perfection. A lot of places toss them in a sweet and spicy Thai sauce- but not here- they use a different dressing and it's delicious! Today I did a wine flight, and that includes four 2 oz pours. I tried the Gruner Veltliner , The reserve Chardonnay the white blend with the GV/Chard/Riesling, and the Rose. They were all nice and refreshing. On my first visit I ordered a burger patty for my best girl, (It was her birthday, and we'd hiked 9+ miles!) and today the pups split a grilled chicken breast. They are super dog friendly, and bring out water for the dogs. We had the beignets for dessert today, they were delicious. If you are hiking around Chimney Rock, Bat Cave, Lake Lure, then I highly recommend planning your lunch or dinner here!“
