Went in earlier with some friends. The staff were very friendly and attentive despite how busy it was. The manager, I didn’t catch her name, was wonderful. I would go back just for her!
The food was ok. It might’ve just been what I chose as they have limited vegetarian options, but I’ll try something different next time.

McAlister's Deli offers delicious deli sandwiches, with the King Chicken Club being a popular choice. The food is generously portioned and the staff brings the food to you. The sweet tea is a customer favorite, and the service is often praised, with friendly staff making the dining experience enjoyable. Customers have noted excellent service, with some staff members going above and beyond, like offering drink refills and helping with take-out orders. The manager has been recognized for fostering a great team atmosphere, and the staff even treats kids like royalty, especially during special occasions like Halloween. While there have been some reports of rude behavior during ordering, many reviews highlight the positive interactions with the staff. Parking is generally easier now, thanks to a huge parking lot in a nearby strip mall. Additionally, the restaurant is welcoming for families, with good kids meal options and wide aisles for easy navigation.
