Ordered catering from this location and it was terrific! It was ready when scheduled and the staff was super helpful.
I guess it matters when you come because I have NEVER experienced the poor and rude customer service here that I received on Sunday, 9/27 at night. EVERY SINGLE PERSON I ENCOUNTERED (3) were unpleasant and dry. Clearly, neither of them wanted to be there. Just YUCK!
Have been here twice in the last 3 weeks and both times they don’t have unsweet tea. Not a big deal, except you don’t know that until after you purchase the drink so it’s a straight waste of money.
Start making both sweet and unsweetened Mc or specifically put on menu that it’s sweet tea only.
This isn’t the only chipotle location that fails to make both. It seems to depend who is working that day.
