This place needs a completely new staff and has needed it for awhile these people have no care for the customer and take there time with no care for any urgency at all rude and lazy constantly telling you to ues the drive thru only while no one is here and and when it does get busy they push you to the side or forget about you completely unless you drive around again there has been multiple occasions where I've waited 40 minutes for one item or a drink there should be no reason...read full review
I ordered food on the mobile app at 11:10am. I got there at 11:20. At 11:45 I asked about my order. They said they were short handed and walked away. I called their corporate office to complain, stayed on the phone with them for 20 minutes, got issued a refund(which will take 10 days) and got off the phone with them and still never saw my food. I gave them an hour and still nothing. I even told the people on the phone if they gave me my food before I was done getting my refund...read full review
Didnt appreciate getting hung up on when I called to get extra sauce after she said they dont have any. Pretty rude..
