“Our first experience with Playa Bowls was at this location this afternoon for lunch. Gianna seemed to be working by herself when we walked in and there was not only a line waiting to order, but people waiting for their orders. To add to the chaos, it looked like mobile orders kept popping through too. After overhearing a conversation with a coworker on the phone, she was overwhelmed but had the coolest head and was still very kind. The wait was obviously longer than you’d expect, but we walked into it and had that expectation from the get-go so it was no issue for us. In case she had a rough day today, I hope she knows she handled the situation, the sudden rush, really well! The Pura Vida and Power bowls were delicious!“

“I just left this place and I bought two things, one smoothie and one bowl. I had to drink the smoothie because I didn't realize I'm going to be stuck in this freaking terrible traffic. Good God Mooresville! I'm from Charlotte and I feel like this would be equivalent to me being stuck on WT Harris for an hour! But the smoothie that I got was so darn good I forgot all about being angry in traffic lol. What I like about this place vs others, the flavor combos were very good. The smoothie has a great texture vs your typical icy texture with fillers and probably powders. This place tastes like the real fruits and they seem generous with it too! I'll definitely be back!“

The staff are awesome!!! I am made to feel very welcome when I walk in with big, happy smiles and loud, warm greetings. Such a happy vibe.
I had a tough morning and wanted to treat myself to my regular, yummy smoothie, which I ordered online. When I walked in, my smoothie had been placed in the fridge. It was given to me when I walked in, after being welcomed with big, happy, warm greetings and smiles.
On my cup was written ‘Have a WONDERFUL day’ - I so needed this little kind gesture. This positive interaction made my heart smile. I held onto this kindness for the rest of the day. I went back in to thank the girls for their kindness and Cheyenne gave me a hug. I wish there were more people like this in the world, especially in the service industry!

It’s wild. The teas are delicious and even my picky 5 year old loved the funfetti kids protein shake.“
