“Our first experience with Playa Bowls was at this location this afternoon for lunch. Gianna seemed to be working by herself when we walked in and there was not only a line waiting to order, but people waiting for their orders. To add to the chaos, it looked like mobile orders kept popping through too. After overhearing a conversation with a coworker on the phone, she was overwhelmed but had the coolest head and was still very kind. The wait was obviously longer than you’d expect, but we walked into it and had that expectation from the get-go so it was no issue for us. In case she had a rough day today, I hope she knows she handled the situation, the sudden rush, really well! The Pura Vida and Power bowls were delicious!“

“I've always enjoyed quality, generous bowls from this Palm Berries. This is the best location with the best service as well! I've tried Cornelius, Denver, Hickory, & Boone palm berries, and this is definitely the best one. Always Very consistent, always efficient, always good taste & presentation of all bowls, and always very friendly people! :) I love palm berries in Mooresville and I visit daily. I love yall so much.“

My usual help is “I don’t know how the app works” and then I’m over charged. I’ve even reported the terrible service. No response.
Today the gal was SOO nice! I knew it must be Cheyenne! I asked her name and wa-la it was Cheyenne.
I recommend Cheyenne to train your team in customer service.“

“It was a fun experience for my family, and I love that they allow dogs. It was clean and the people were very nice.
My coffee was excellent, but my food was ice cold in the middle. That being said, I will still come back. It’s a great place for my family living in Charlotte, Mooresville, and Statesville to meet.“
