“They discontinued the coconut milk which was used to make my husband’s favorite drink now less of a favorite drink because he normally chooses the refreshers, the strawberry dragon fruit with coconut milk. The cashier was AMAZING!! They were short staffed on a Sunday and willing to try substituting the almond milk for the coconut milk. It was a HIT! We tried to do this combo at another Dunkin and the cashier flat refused to even attempt. The store was clean, not overly crowded. Just what we needed on a hot day.“
“I stood in line today and just watched Kyndall handle a very upset customer about a drink that the customer thought wasn't right. That young lady handled it with a smile the entire time. The whole team came together to make what the customer wanted. Way to go for exemplary customer service!!! Food and coffee is great as always.“
