“We ordered at one of the screens- our donuts came out quickly, followed by one of four drinks. Then we had to wait around 10(ish) minutes for the next three, two of which were the wrong drinks. One of the workers brushed it off when asked about it, which left us stumped. I don’t like talking negatively about service because I know how stressful it can be and the other two drinks were made well, it just took a bit of time.
The worker who was wearing the face mask, who I think said he was the cook (he said he usually did not make drinks) was great! If I could give him five stars I would. He was lovely, remaking our two drinks, giving us bigger sizes and then on top of this, giving us a bag of donuts to apologise for the wait time and inconvenience. He didn’t have to, but he did and I really want to say thank you to him. His kindness was really appreciated, even if I didn’t mind the wait!

“Every Wednesday, I pick up a dozen donuts and coffee at this Dunkin' location. What keeps me coming back isn't just the convenience—it's the genuine hospitality. The staff greets me warmly as soon as I walk in, and they often have my usual coffee ready before I even reach the counter. Today was no exception! Their attention to regular customers and consistent excellent service makes this my go-to spot. Highly recommend!“
