“Krispy Krunchy Chicken is a franchise that I am glad is in the Raleigh/ Durham area now. The food is made fresh throughout the day and served a a good temperature also. Their fried chicken, chicken tenders, traditional wings and shrimp are delicious as well a a selection of sides in a combo or separate.“

“I visited this CFA today and when leaving, my car wouldn’t crank. Several employees came to my rescue, finding jumper cables and blocking off the lane beside of me so an employee could pull beside me to hook up the cables. They made several attempts to get it cranked. One manager even offered me a milkshake as it was extremely hot outside! The customer service at this location is truly “second to none”! THANK YOU for your kindness and outstanding customer service.“

“The team at this location is the best by far every time I've visited. Even when I've ordered thru DoorDash the food has always been fresh and correct every time. All the staff are polite and seem to really enjoy what they are doing. Even when it's really busy they are efficient but also keep a smile on their faces. I will go out of my way to get food from this location even if I'm closer to another store.“

“I just found out on last week that they have a 20% discount for Healthcare workers. I always enjoy coming here to pick up something to eat before coming to work. My food that I have ordered have always been fresh snd hot. There is a real serious fly problem that they need to fix but the drive thru have a sliding glass door so that's the only reason for that fly problem when ordering. I love me some Zaxby's.“

“I ordered the Spicy Chicken Biscuit through the Drive- Thru. The service was speedy and friendly. The chicken in the delicious biscuit was less than 2 oz. I do not feel that the price of $3.98, not including sales tax was worth it. My meal was tasty, but not for that price.“

“I went to BB’s for the first today and took it home. I got a classic Chicken Sandwich and Sea salt fries. The fries were great! The sandwich was great. The batter is amazing. It stayed crispy the whole ride home. It didn’t get mushy from the pickles or the steam from the closed container on the car ride home. The chicken is fresh and not processed. A couple of things I think could make a huge difference is the seasoning. The chicken definitely needs to be seasoned. I also think it is a bit too thick. Make it a bit thinner and add some seasoning….it will truly be the perfect chicken sandwich.“
