“I first did business here when I wanted to order a locally made cake for Father's 70th birthday. I called in all the way from Arizona to place the order and staff was so helpful! Everything went well and the cake was delicious.

I've since ordered another cake, and some cupcakes. AND my father now stops by here and there to pick up some cupcakes too.“

“The pastries are delicious. I tried the empanadas pineapple (my favorite) and strawberry, the fritos (sp.?) with strawberry, and something with cinnamon and chocolate that another customer recommended. They are self serve, but the gentleman behind the counter was very welcoming and warm. The prices were good, 4 pastries for a little over $7. It's a small place, but we'll worth trying.“

“You can tell that this place really cares about what they put out- beer was excellent, unique and the food just the same. The local art for sale is a plus, and the super friendly staff an absolute bonus. As an out of towner from the northeast (with many Pamlico and Carteret County roots) it was nice to find a brewery not overly commercialized and overrun with people. 99 felt personable and fresh- don’t loose that charm!
