We went here, the day before the wedding, and explained what had happened and showed her the cake. She made this bride so inexplicably happy when she said she could make me a brand new cake, exactly the way I wanted it, in 24 hours. The end result was better than I could have dreamed it to be! “I got the small pumkin cake. Cakes are delicious, but they don't have forks. I was told if they had forks the cakes would be more expensive. But it would be really helpful for those who want to pop in and get a snack on their lunch break.“

“We used Rachel for our Wedding cake and cupcakes on 6.8.24 and they were amazing!!! The guests raved about the cupcakes (vanilla, chocolate, strawberry champagne, and blueberry lemon). My friend loved them so much she had to eat multiple of each declaring they all were delicious, and her favorite was the blueberry lemon. Rachel even had Gluten Free & Vegan cupcakes for family members that needed both AND she made our cake Gluten Free because I (the bride) am GF. She even delivered to our venue, which was probably an hour or more for her to drive, and set up everything perfectly! We also get a free one year anniversary cake so we didn't need to worry about trying to freeze anything afterwards. Rachel even went above and beyond to meet us in the south charlotte area for a tasting. I HIGHLY recommend her cakes and using her for your wedding!!“

“This was my first time at Waterbean Coffee so I didn't know what to expect. I don't usually frequent coffee shops so I didn't know what kinds of food they would have. They were very helpful and answered my questions and helped me choose what to get. The coffee was delicious and I got a gluten free cookie that was very tasty. I've never had a gluten free snack so I was very surprised at how delicious it was. There were 4 of us and we each got something different and everyone was happy with their choice. The atmosphere was very pleasant and cozy. They even have a piano that I was able to play. We will be glad to go back there again.“

Had some good deals on loaf bread today and the fried apple and lemon pies. And the Boston cream pie hunny buns. Which might I add are absolutely delicious.
