“We got pulled pork plates. Tried Mac n Cheese, Beans (not your average beans..had onion, 2 types of beans, jalepenos - YUM), Sweet Potato Casserole, & FF. Chose Jalepeno cornbread & hushpuppies. Each & every bite was soooo good!!! Waitress was a jewel. Highly Recommend.“

“This is a landmark in Hickory, NC. If you need bbq & slaw for family or large crowd, this is the place to get it. The prices are very reasonable and the quality of the food is consistent. Anytime we pick up from here, people always say how good it is and want to know where we get it. The tiny building is always so clean inside and out.“

“This is more like a Texas BBQ restaurant than a Carolina style BBQ restaurant. The meats are very good, as are their fries. Most of the rest of the sides are just okay. And the dessert we got (Apple cobbler) wasn't very good. It was more like a cake, and was served cold.
The servers are very nice and attentive. It's a little pricy, so we won't be coming back too often, but it's good for if you want a different kind of BBQ.“

“We went here for a late lunch. I'm the only one in my family who needs a gf menu, no one else has any restrictions. We ALL loved our meals and desserts. Highly recommend. Food was good and the young lady working the counter was super friendly. Wish we lived closer and could visit more often.“

“Ordered the 6oz filet with fries and chicken wings.
There is no picture of the wings. They were so good they dissappear before I could get a picture.
My son took me out for lunch to celebrate his Black Belt ceremony.
My steak tasted really good, and had it been cooked to order, it would have been awesome.
My regret is not sending it back because I ordered medium rare, and I get medium well, and that disappointed me.
I wonder if someone received my steak or did the chef just overcook it.“

“We drove from Elkin to eat there for our son’s 26th birthday 🥳. He loves Texas Roadhouse. We had great food and service there was 13 of us. Wait staff was amazing and they song happy birthday to him yee haw 🤠“
