“We got takeout from here on a whim and I am so glad we did. As per usual, the hole in the wall hidden gem lives up to the reputation. Jerk chicken and curry goat were unbelievable, but even the plantains, cabbage and rice were impeccably seasoned . Prices might look like a lot, but you get a ton of food and if you've ever made this stuff you know how much time and energy goes into making it well. This place is worth every penny.“

“Just your typical Lunch at a chain wing restaurant...
Our waitress was MIA most of our visit, when she was there we was nice and attentive. Poor thing was overwhelmed, it was no fault of hers, I think they were understaffed. There was another waitress though, she was ON IT! She was scooting around the place refilling everyone's drinks, even tables that weren't hers. We heard here interacting and conversing with her tables having alot of fun. She stopped a few times to check on us, honestly...we should've tipped HER too in hindsight.
The food was mediocre.
We have had great wings from other East Coast Wings but for the time we waited for our food to be served...you'd think the wings would be hot and crispy. Instead they were soggy and warm. Salad was fresh and as usual the ranch was on point! (Yall know I love a good ranch!)
They were out of several flavors and had to settle on trying something new, I like my new flavor but my hubby didn't care for his.
They used to serve bread with the wings, I'm not sure when they stopped but it's definitely missed by us!!
We will eat at East Coast Wings again because we have had many good meals with them but I do hope their not following the trend of other chain restaurants and cutting corners to make a buck. It sure seemed that way to us.

“We had never been so wanted to check it out. First impression walking in was good. It looks clean and inviting. Had a wonderful server - Asiah- and enjoyed her company when she stopped to hang with us as she was able. Food was good. Similar to many other places. Nothing negative. We enjoyed our lunch!“

“This is a restaurant that has to be ordered online only. With this being said my order was placed wrong I wanted bone in wings and made a mistake an order boneless wings. I called they tell me I have to cancel my order and reorder it. I couldn't find the cancelation on the website so I had to eat the boneless. So make sure you check your order before submitting it. This was my first time eating their boneless they were okay. The bone wings are great I have eaten here a few times. I also ordered 2 sides of fries they put them in one medium size container together ?“

“This Zaxby’s is very dirty. I walked in and my shoes were sticking to the floor. I sat down after I found a cleaner table but I did have to wipe it off. I tried wiping another one and my napkin stuck to the table. It was later in the afternoon so there’s no reason it had not been cleaned. On a positive note my next trip I did drive through and the service was excellent. The lady that gave me my food was just bubbly!“

“I ordered a pizza there yesterday and the call went through their call center with the order. After 2 hours our order had not been received. When I called and talked to an actual employee at the store he recreated the order and had it delivered within 20 minutes at no charge. I will definitely order from them again but only if I get to talk to an employee at that location. The food was wonderful.“
