I was craving some seafood pasta and so I ordered the spicy seafood spaghetti that definitely hit the spot with my craving!“

“I was looking for a restaurant for my wife and I for our anniversary. I always wanted to eat here when I lived in Plaza but finally remembered to come since it's a special occasion.Our serve was Dylan and he didn't disappoint with service and recommendations. Ambiance was very Christmas-like and personal especially since it was the holiday's, which felt very private and personal.For starters, I had the escargot and my wife had the Apply Begger's Purse. I was a little surprised with the Gorgonzola taste since I was used to copious amounts of traditional garlic with the dish, but it was surprisingly tasty. The purse was also a good mixture of sweet and savory.I tend to be an adventurous eater and he recommended the ostrich since it was the special for the weekend while my wife had also had the special which was halibut. The Ostrich wasn't very gamy at all the was a mixture of beef and duck tase which took me for a pleasant surprise and the Halibut was cooked perfectly and wasn't very dry.For desert we tried their Flourless Molten Lava Trifle and it was he right amount of sweet.Overall, it was an amazing experience will highly recommend for any special occasion or just date night. Will be back for sure!“

“We visited 300 East while spending time with my son in college at UNC Charlotte. Jake our waiter was fantastic! Not only did he make excellent food recommendations but he also took time to explain how to travel around Charlotte and gave advice on local shops and art surrounding the area. Their food was amazing and the restaurant has true southern charm. This is definitely a place to frequent if in town.“

“Great place, first time trying it for my gfs bday. Its a nice fancy restaurant that is not too stuffy. The food and service are good and the prices some of the better ones around. “This was quite the experience. We had an AMAZING evening out. My partner and I came here for our 4th anniversary (I mentioned it in the reservation) and the staff made sure we felt welcomed and celebrated. They congratulated us as soon as we walked through the door, complimented my dress, and the server took it from there. Kori was absolutely incredible ❤️ she was beaming. She was informative about the menu, patient/polite, and very high spirited. They even gave us dessert on the house!! I'm dining here every time I come into town. “We were looking forward to trying this place out, and it lived up to our expectations! Our server, Scott, was great. He had great knowledge of the menu and that also had a lot to do with staff training from the leadership, plus he has been in the hospitality industry for years. Now the food…the Tuna crudo was OUT OF THIS WORLD! It was our favorite dish…other than the raw oysters. Those were fabulous too. The fries weren’t our thing, but they were bad. The mushroom toast was quite tasty. The cocktail was perfect…I had a Last Word. My husband loved the wine, and what was so great was the serving choices. You could choose a 3 ounce or a 6 ounce pour, and that’s a great option when aren’t sure exactly what wine will go with a certain dish. I highly recommend dining here!“

“Hands down my favorite place in lower-south end. I moved to CLT in 2022 and this has always been a dependable place for good (and reasonably priced) food and beer, a nice space for watching sports, or just hanging out for live music or trivia.They have good weekly deals like half off apps and $6 burgers that make an after-work visit hard to pass up.They often change their beer and food menus which is great. My only issue with Yancey is that they don't change their pizza menu, and the mushroom/olive pizza and goat cheese pizza are probably the worst items on the menu (my opinion). Crust is always great though. Needs a buffalo or bbq chicken pizza to replace those. The Grind is the best by far. Homemade ranch is killer.Sandwiches are killer. Pulled pork grilled cheese, cheese steak, cuban, chicken sandwiches, you can't go wrong.Bring back the carnitas tacos!!Keep up the good work Yancey!“

“It's such a beautiful place! From the time we walked in the door, we saw this beautiful chandelier. Immediately, we were greeted and taken to our seat. The customer service was top tier, and our waitress was amazing. She answered all of our questions and a patient as we talked about 20 minis before we were ready to order. I had the HEAVENLY CRÊPE and it was lovely. Airy ,flavorful and filling, added a little extra salt, but that's because I enforce the taste of salt. The salad dressing was delightful. The way she explained them, I ordered 3! I can't remember the names, but 2 out of the 3 hit the spot.“

She was friendly, attentive, and made sure our experience was great.The food came out incredibly fast, in about 10 minutes, and everything was piping hot. We could tell the ingredients were fresh by the taste and perfect seasoning. I had the slow roasted chicken, and it was absolutely delicious. The chicken itself was juicy and flavorful, and the smashed potatoes were a perfect complement. My wife ordered the crabcakes, and they were loaded with succulent crabmeat. “Very trendy, delicious, and busy spot. Basically reservation only. We reserved outdoor seating but it was a cold day and they squeezed us in inside. Food was artfully prepared. Small portions but sooo good. We tried the fries, curry mussels, Korean bbq, drinks, cheesecake, cappuccino, and Larry's Buns. Very loud environment too, it was hard to hear ourselves talk. “Multilevel restaurant tucked in BOA! We sat near the open kitchen and it was great. You could see the items being made and the hustle and bustle of the kitchen. It's dimly lit, so it gives warm and cozy vibes. We I didn't know it was an a-la-cart menu till we got there. So check the full menu when before you go! There's not a huge California wine selection; it's more international with France/Italy/Argentina leading the way. I kept it simple with a smooth Rosé (Faísom) from France. We had the Potato Gnocchi with Braised Beef in a tomato sauce. Thie didn't need sides. It came as a whole meal unto itself. The Gnocchi were tender and not gummy, the meat robust as it was Sous vide. The herb marinated shrimp, Calabrian Chili Butter, was delectable. The pan-fried corn had a nice crisp bite, well seasoned and buttery. I didn't care gor the Brussels Sprouts. I was hoping they were good as it was they're halved/grilled and loaded with Bacon, Cashews, Provolone, and a Sherry Vinegar. They feel flat. They needed a sauce or drizzle of balsamic and seasoning. Now, the Mac-n-Cheese was hitting. They add goat milk, which elevated the flavor. It does provide a slight tang. I would have never thought to add that. There's a traditional cheese crust and absolutely no breadcrumbs ( Thanks). We rounded it off with the Spiced cheesecake with praline topping and fresh whipped cream. It was a delectable and delicious dinner with great service“

“We came from hickory to eat here because they cater to dietary restrictions! The food was sooo amazing! Our server was Ian and he was phenomenal! Some of the best service I’ve received in a long time. Atmosphere was enjoyable and definitely will return!“

“I was seated inside at a not very busy time. I sat there 10 plus minutes without anyone saying anything to me. I believe that I saw at least 3 servers and most tables were already eating. I had been in a flying biscuit and probably never will. Oh I need to add that I decided to leave“

“I went with a group tonight. The service was excellent and the food came out quickly. I had hanger steak which if you are lucky you will find in a grocery store but most likely you will not. It is a tender piece that is quite delicious. They had a nice light sauce with it. I shared brussel sprouts with a friend. They were roasted and had a crunchy flavorful topping. Roosters always delivers in my experience consistently excellent food. I ordered for takeout a velvet cake with chocolate mousse. It was yummy. It looked besutiful. How can you lose with sugar and chocolate? We had a great experience and will be back!“

“We've been here a bunch and keep coming back. FOOD: All yum! Pay the extra $4 for fresh pasta. Apps: The Prosciutto and Burrata is a yum appetizer. We also like the little dish of beans that come with the complimentary bread. You get one complimentary refill of bread, then they charge you. Entrees: Our favorite dish is the Buttara. Amatriciana is another favorite of mine. Hubs also likes Penne Alla Vodka with Shrimp. My dad likes the Chicken Parmesan (note it doesn't come with pasta, thats another ~$9 for a side of (out of the box) pasta). There is no kids menu, they can sell you a "kids pasta" which is sauce and out of the box noodles. Drinks: Everything is good. Dessert: Save a few bucks by getting Duck Donuts next door or TCBY across the parking lot.“

“Amazing Resource!!! This is what I have been looking for !! My students can easily sort and read single syllable words with their knowledge of vowel patterns. My students often stumble and believe they can't read words that have more than one syllable even though they have the skills to do so. These word sorts give them the practice they need to take the knowledge they already have and move into reading multisyllabic words. My students will now tackle difficult words without fear and I also have a tool to level my classroom instruction with differentiated word sorts.“

“First time at Bad Daddy’s, I was pleasantly surprised how good my spicy chicken burger was. It was a perfect blend of well cooked fried chicken with some spice and sweetness. The burger needed nothing else except I had to ask for some avocado because it did not have enough. The appetizer we chose was the poblano pepper strips with the spicy aioli (which was so flavorful). My daughter ordered the groomed cheese which we will not be ordering again. There was hardly cheese and the card too thick with no Mayo or anything to make moist and the broccoli had no seasoning!! My husband ordered a burger with lots of meat and he truly enjoyed but he did ask for the spicy aioli because it was a bit dry although cooked medium well. The place is busy but my complaint I’d that the tables are way too close to each other and the waiter had to be called over to our table because we did not see her in a while. I will say I can appreciate the ability of being able to order a side salad and customize it.“

We ordered a chicken based entree and a wrap which were both delicious and they were incredibly helpful with questions. “I've been doing Courts and Coffee for the past month, and it is my new favorite thing. Randi is very nice and welcoming and really great about matching you up with people at your skill level. She does all the organizing and I get to just show up and play! I'm new and still learning and even when I play with/against more experience people they have been so nice and encouraging. If you're open and willing to learn from others, you will enjoy yourself. And socializing in between games and the included coffee is a nice bonus!“

“I really enjoyed myself at The Royal Cigar Bar & Bistro. We arrived just as they opened on a Saturday, and the owner and staff gave us the Royal treatment! This is a black owned and family operated business located just 5 minutes from Carowinds. This is a membership only lounge offering a carefully selected variety of cigars that are properly stored to maintain for freshness. They did have a decent menu selection of sandwiches and wings, and the drinks were great. Overall, I had a great time. If you are interested, I would definitely suggest the membership. It's definitely worth the value!“

And, make note that you will need to confirm and place a credit card on-file should you not show or cancel. The establishment itself is quaint and very "white tablecloth" traditional. In some ways the entrance is hidden, which offers a mystique about it. Parking is ample. The menu is not overwhelming insofar as you're unable to make a decision; it will have something for everyone. We ordered the lamb and it was superb. The service was outstanding and our waiter and server was dedicated. This is the type of establishment where you speculate a good meal and overall dining experience will occur and leave with that speculation being realized. Moreover, we did not feel rushed, but more so dined at our pace. Also, it's one of the few fine restaurants I've visited recently where customers still respect the fact that dress code should be realized.
