“Delicious tacos! I had two chicken and one carnitas. The chicken was juicy and I liked the seasoning. The carnitas was crispy on the outside and tender on the inside, as it should be, without being greasy. I also had two sides of rice which were good. The side order of rice is small and I had just finished a MTB ride and was hungry. The tacos had a good amount of meat for the price.”

“Great food, great value, friendly staff. It’s not every day that the person who cooks your food comes out to ask for your feedback. I was recommended to eat here from a few friends. Had wings with two sauces. I tried the jerk wet sauce and the New Orleans dry rub. The dry rub was my favorite and just enough spice. It also seems that they make their own ranch here. Kind of a red ranch. Loved it and my food!”

The Silo restaurant is fantastic. chef Daniel and his team use the finest ingredients and deliver a one of a kind dining experience. We are certain to return regularly and highly recommend this resort. It is a can’t miss!”

“We came across Big Mike’s on Facebook and thought it looked delicious. We grabbed a few items from the menu and everything we tried was delicious! The staff was friendly and patient as we are indecisive and couldn’t decide with so many great sounding choices and our order came up in no time. The wings were my favorite but I have a suspicion that the ribs will be once I have the chance to try them. Definitely recommend the smoked bologna sandwich as well. Baked beans are also a star. Can’t wait to come back and try more of the menu! 10/10 definitely recommend!”

“I was prepared to write a '5', but in truth there were a number of small things that kept me from going there. First, it's a cool space off the beaten track. The beer is good, the mural is superb. The house food truck was passable. I was expecting a little higher standard on the sandwiches, but I may be a bit picky.
And the fryer was down. No fault there - they've got a new one on the way.
My biggest critique was the number of aggressive dogs there. I take my dog to a fair number of taprooms around the country, and honestly - many of these (6+) would've been 86'd by staff at most taprooms. My dog loves to interact, and would not have understood the aggressiveness.”
