Bojangles' Reviews
This Bojangles on Trinity is the best Bojangles I have had so far. The food was hot and fresh. The dirty rice was cooked perfectly and flavorful, unlike the Bojangles on Chatham Street where the rice is overcooked mush, and the BE&C sandwiches are cold and stale!
Bo-Berry biscuit is fire.
Chicken is juicy.
Fries could calm a baby.
Ok food

Bojangles is a restaurant with friendly staff, as noted by the kind service of Nick and other team members. The biscuits are very consistent and fluffy, and the chicken, mac n cheese, and fries are good, though some customers wish there was more seasoning on the fries. While most orders are handled well, there were some issues with order accuracy and communication in the past. One customer received an incomplete 12 PC tailgate special, lacking legs, wings, and biscuits, and was charged for an unsweetened tea that was not available. Another customer had a disappointing experience with the dirty rice swimming in water, and the staff simply replied that's the way it's made. The drive-thru has a sharp turn, making it difficult for larger trucks to navigate. Despite occasional delays during busy times, the service remains timely, and the workers are nice, even bringing out fresh batches of food when needed. The bathrooms and tables are clean, making it a nice and casual place to hang out or quickly grab dinner.
