Bojangles is a restaurant with friendly staff, as noted by the kind service of Nick and other team members. However, there were some issues with order accuracy and communication. One customer received an incomplete 12 PC tailgate special, lacking legs, wings, and biscuits, and was charged for an unsweetened tea that was not available. Another customer had a disappointing experience when inquiring about a new rice bowl, being directed to KFC despite showing an ad for the product.
