Attended a conference with this for box lunch. The chicken salad was delicious and everything was fresh. My friend had the ham sandwich with the honey mustard dipping sauce and said it was delish!
Carolina Cafe is the best place to find catering options for large events. This is the 2nd time I used them for an over 600 person lunch. The box lunch options are fabulous! (My favorite is their chicken salad !) They have Vegetarian and Gluten Free options which make guest happy! Each lunch option came with chips and a HUGE cookie in a box.
