“My little one was in the mood for boba today so we stopped by here. I feel like I've been here before but couldn't really recall. It is a cute vibe inside, lots a delicious looking sweet treats. I got a Thai Tea with boba. The Thai Tea was so full of flavor, perfect sweetness to it! And the boba was so delicious. Not too hard, not too soft, JUST RIGHT. So glad she was in the mood for boba today. I was very pleased. We will be back.“

“This place has the best ice cream. Unfortunately, it does not have the best employees. Every single time I’ve been there in the last two years, my order has been wrong. Stopped by and ordered two sundaes tonight. Both of them had the wrong flavors in them. Like, not even close. We ended up throwing them away. Was going to complain but the kid that made them was running the register so I figured what’s the point. So, great ice cream when you get what you order. I’ve kind of forgotten what that’s like but I’m still recommending them.“

Still get charged for the old drink, infact my drink points I redeemed didn't even get accounted for. Terrible service. Dulce behind the counter was extremely helpful and made my experience top tier. She is an asset to the Crumbl team. “I order cookies from here very often through the Crumbl app and have never had problems with delivery. Last night I ordered and sadly DoorDash messed up big time. Person “couldn’t find” my apartment which has never happened and decided to drop off the box at the front office which was closed. I get there and they were stolen. I called the store asking what could we do and Caroline picked up and PERSONALLY delivered a new box of cookies to me herself. I don’t write google reviews often but Caroline was so accommodating that I feel I had to do this. As a person that works in a customer facing industry, Caroline has gone above and beyond! I know it may seem like a box of cookies but they are my finances favorite and I’m surprising her at the airport with this box that Caroline delivered as I type this.“
