“My little one was in the mood for boba today so we stopped by here. I feel like I've been here before but couldn't really recall. It is a cute vibe inside, lots a delicious looking sweet treats. I got a Thai Tea with boba. The Thai Tea was so full of flavor, perfect sweetness to it! And the boba was so delicious. Not too hard, not too soft, JUST RIGHT. So glad she was in the mood for boba today. I was very pleased. We will be back.“

“Howling Cow is amazing! From Cow to Cone is the motto, and they mean it.
The ice-cream is fresh and delicious. The cows outside are so cute. I went on a sunny afternoon and I was mooing to the cows and one walked up to the fence. Adorable!“

“The staff is super kind and helpful. I got the coconut gelato, tried the dulce de Leche and my friend got the vegan gelato and WOW WOW WOW. all of it, incredibly decadent and lovely! “Kilwins is an institution that knows how to make the best tasting chocolate, fudge, and ice cream! That said, we don't come here often because, well, we would have to skip all three meals that day, lol! Seriously, the staff is always friendly, and the treats are always tasty and interesting. “This place has the best ice cream. Unfortunately, it does not have the best employees. Every single time I’ve been there in the last two years, my order has been wrong. Stopped by and ordered two sundaes tonight. Both of them had the wrong flavors in them. Like, not even close. We ended up throwing them away. Was going to complain but the kid that made them was running the register so I figured what’s the point. So, great ice cream when you get what you order. I’ve kind of forgotten what that’s like but I’m still recommending them.“

“Ordered a drink that came out wrong, explained it so I could order something different as it wasn't tasting right at all. Still get charged for the old drink, infact my drink points I redeemed didn't even get accounted for. Terrible service. They won't remake your drink either, even if it's clearly wrong. don't recommend cary location its only gotten worse.“

“We reached out to NC Ice Cream about coming for a kids birthday party at my house. Even with it being over an hour and a half drive, she gave us a more than fair price and made my 3 year olds birthday a day to remember. She was very polite and accommodating. Maybe with one of the next birthday parties, I’ll be able to get her to come back. All-in-all, I would recommend to anyone. There was a great selection of ice cream available and everyone had a great time.“

“I order cookies from here very often through the Crumbl app and have never had problems with delivery. Last night I ordered and sadly DoorDash messed up big time. Person “couldn’t find” my apartment which has never happened and decided to drop off the box at the front office which was closed. I get there and they were stolen. I called the store asking what could we do and Caroline picked up and PERSONALLY delivered a new box of cookies to me herself. I don’t write google reviews often but Caroline was so accommodating that I feel I had to do this. As a person that works in a customer facing industry, Caroline has gone above and beyond! I know it may seem like a box of cookies but they are my finances favorite and I’m surprising her at the airport with this box that Caroline delivered as I type this.“

Had the flavor of the day (butter pecan) in a chocolate coated waffle cone. Both would be delicious on there own, but a bit overpowering together. Love those concretes too-- need to bring back Manager's Special Flavor of the Day concretes & sundaes!“

“I have eaten frozen custard literally all across the United States and Goodberry's is by far the best. Plain chocolate is my favorite. It is smooth, creamy, and the last bite tastes just as good as the first. My wife is partial to sweet cream and feels like she has won the lottery if we go and that's the flavor of the day. I will go out of my way just to get a small cup of chocolate, and when I am not in the area, I dream about it. Yes, it's that good!“

“I visit my daughter in Raleigh from Texas and she took me to this bakery last year and we bought a plain loaf of sourdough bread, it is the best and freshest I have ever had. I stopped in this past Sat and they only had rolls left. They were so delicious! Be sure to check out this business if you are anywhere near Raleigh on the weekend !“
