Definitely one of the cleanest, most modern IHOPs I've ever been to - although I'll admit, I don't frequent their locations. However, they have an incredible selection of gluten-free options!!

I usually tip well, but the waitress acted like she wanted to be anywhere but there. The food was just ok. Overdone bacon and cold pancakes. I sent the pancakes back and the next ones were hot. Had to wait forever for our bill. They would not let me go to the register and pay. My daughter never got a drink refill, but was able to ask for one when we finally got our bill. Just a typical breakfast at IHOP with garden omelette, pancakes and a chocolate milkshake. The combination of mushrooms, cheese and other veggies did not work quite well with the omelette. On hindsight, I should have just gone with the spinach and mushroom omelette which I have had before. When I placed the order, the server told us that the milkshakes may not be available and she will get back to us. Well, she never did.
