“Sloppy Joes don't usually sound like something to brag about, but this establishment has made them an art form. Along with the friendly service and beautiful patio, my visit to Five Points Public House receives all commendations I can provide.“

“Flynn's has been our go to restaurant now for the last 5 weekends straight. I have tried something different each time and have truly enjoyed everything I've had . My wife gets the BBQ bacon burger and absolutely loves it . The sides are great as well . Great atmosphere inside and out of this great little restaurant. The owners really take pride in their place of business and it shows with every plate that is delivered to each table . And if you like banana pudding then you have to try theirs , It's the best ever . I look forward to each time I get to go to Flynn's .“

“Wednesday is the day to go. Their Dipped Chicken will make you lick your plate? The baby flounder and white fish are awesome too. Closed on Mondays and Tuesdays, but well with the wait. Slap my mouth awesome! All this with a gorgeous view of the Lake.Parking: Plenty of parking unless you are vying for a spot with those folks just heading to church or just getting out.Kid-friendliness: So many good choices for kids they're too busy eating to misbehave. Staff is very attuned to their needs.Wheelchair accessibility: Flat ramp to the inside with plenty of maneuvering room once you're inside. Reserved disabled parking right at the door.“

“I'm pretty well traveled and can safely say this is the best burger I have had in 26 years of life (Wagyu Burger).Even though I got take out, the food was still warm and perfectly constructed. I don't know what specifically about it is making me have this reaction, but honestly well done“

“There’s been a ton of change happening in the world over the last fifteen or so years, but it was such a heart warming feeling to walk back in after all those years and see that Charley’s hadn’t changed much. Oh the nostalgia! It felt like I was home again. Please never change.“

“Went for the 1st time with my mother for lunch and I must say that they did not disappoint. The service was great as well as the food. I will most definitely be going back. I did not get a chance to try the highly recommended pie ? but I will the next time I stop to eat lunch.“

“Just, WOW! I was in town for a cycling event and happened on this sundries shop for breakfast. Go for a morning coffee and veggie quiche, but stay for the service. The cashier (perhaps the owner) was so encouraging and supportive as I was obviously about to go on a bike ride and my server was so sweet. The eating area is exceptionally clean and very inviting. I could sit in a relaxing chair catching up on morning news while watching others sharing quiet conversations around the rest of the restaurant. Thank you, Albemarle, for being so welcoming to 1000 strangers.“

“Hands down best place for eating out I’ve visited so far in Albemarle! Great quality food, amazing ambience and spectacular hosts. The owner is very welcoming and personally takes interest in making sure you’re catered to. Got confused cos now the name has been changed (most likely with change of ownership). Certainly coming back!“

“Great breakfast, served quickly, so you can be on your way. Plentiful coffee,I had pecan waffles with bacon, and my husband had corned beef hash and eggs. Small place, and it fills up often, but it is well worth a visit. Service is fast and efficient. Our go-to place for take out,Philly steak, ribeye steak, and the reuben, all are excellent.Parking: When they are busy, it can be tough to find a parking spot.“
