Every time we come here and try something new, its even better than the last thing we ate. Everything is seasoned to perfection and cooked perfectly. Not only can Darrell fry, cook, and grill, but he has perfected smoking any kind of meat that there is. Love this place!“

“This was my first time here. I was picking up an order and had a great experience talking with the young man cashing me out. I discovered that he was a musician as well. I love talking music. “It’s hard to beat Fried Chicken Night with the family in the Long View Dining Room at Country Club Of Salisbury on Wednesday Night! The Best Fried Chicken in town on buffet! Sides are fresh, homemade, & delicious especially macaroni & cheese, mashed potatoes with homemade gravy, don’t forget the collards and banana pudding!“

“First time here. Love the hot dogs and the old school vibe thingy going on. Food was great. Great c/s. 2 men cooking were like your favorite uncles. Only disappointment was they don't have Tea. “I usually love Marco’s…pizzas are the best, however when i tried ordering online today, to use the BOGO free pizza coupon code ON THE FRONT PAGE OF THE SALISBURY STORE WEBSITE, it wouldn’t allow me to use. I called the store to order and use the code and the guy on the phone said he had no idea why and couldn’t help me. You need your fix your website and stop advertising items/coupons that we cannot use.“

“Today was my first time visiting and I had a wonderful experience. The food was amazing. The services were helpful and provided great customer service. You walk in and find a seat. The menus are available on the tables and a server comes over and waits on you. When you’re done you walk up to counter and pay. Overall 10/10“

“My boyfriend and I stopped in for dinner Sunday evening 7/26. First of all, shout out to our server, Betty! She took great care of us from start to finish! We had Fettuccine Alfredo with Shrimp and Baked Zitti. Both excellent choices! Shrimp were huge and could taste the sausage in the sauce with the zitti. Salads were very good, also. We both had enough for boxes to take home! Our only negative comment is it was extremely loud in there when we were dining. We will return and request Ms. Betty to be our server again! 😀“

“As usual, the service was exceptional, and our server took care of us with Southern grace and charm. The food was served promptly and piping hot, and all of our demands met immediately and cheerfully.
The atmosphere was typical Cracker Barrel, cookie cutter, but comforting in its own way, sort of like going home after a long trip abroad. Not much has changed, but here and there are some things that need exploring, and there might be a surprise right around the next couple. And we did find a few that we couldn't do without!
Did I mention that my chicken and dumplings, turnip greens and mashed potatoes were absolutely scrumptious? Just like I remembered! Cracker Barrel never disappoints!“

“Post-church we decided to have a late breakfast and drove out to Cagney’s in Granite Quarry. The restaurant focuses primarily on southern fare and we watched a lot of really good looking plates passing by us as we waited for our food. Our table enjoyed eggs prepared a variety of ways, shredded hash browns, cubed potatoes, grits, bacon, turkey sausage, regular sausage, biscuits, and wheat toast. Everything was really good and our waitress did a nice job. The dining area is comfortable, the menu is expansive and they have specials everyday. While we did not get desserts, they have a variety of cakes that looked amazing. Next time!“

I generally get the sweet potato with butter and it's usually cooked exactly the way I lack it. Nice and soft.
During the week as close to 5 as possible, you get straight in.“

“This place has good food item choices. In particular we like the fish! We went thru the driveway to order it took longer than expected however food was worth the wait! Suggest eating in dining if you can or immediately after purchase. The fish is delicious but doesn't stay hot long! Cudtomer service was great!“

“The country styled steak taste like a frozen piece o eat doesn’t taste the least bit like country styled steak the gravy tasted horrible. The green bean on my husband’s plate tasted like the can that they came out off. The fried okra tasted like it had been sitting awhile and cold. The only hot thing on my plate was the fried squash. Tour food wasn’t worth what we paid for it. I did notice that a lot of people left a lot of food on there plates uneaten. Will not be going back.“
