Having dined there on several occasions I can attest to the quality of food, the variety of menu options, service and atmosphere. There is no place I'd rather go for Mexican food! El Ranchero's is a glimmering gem in a small town setting. Service is great, the staff very cordial and helpful. If you decide to go, better get there early as the crowd grows large during dinnertime. You won't regret this choice!“

“I do recommend eating in, however if you choose to do carry out, use caution with the young girl that takes orders, she does not know customer service, we called in for an order, after ordering she failed to verify or give us our order number and just hung up, after getting home she did not get the order correct. after calling 9 times becouse she kept hanging up on me and refused to replace my order and denied me the right to speak to the manager, the young boy finally answered the phone and put the manager on the phone, he was very polite and offered to make it right, which she said would not happen, she needs to learn customer service.“
