“I enjoyed it thoroughly! The burgers tend to be a little dry because of the excellent crust they have on the outside. Cheese is a must on the burger. The shakes are brilliant! Fried cheese curds were a little salty and maybe too addictive. Overall a winner.“

“I had a very disappointing experience when I went on Wednesday afternoon. The food was super awesome but the service was absolutely horrible. The management staff were rude, inattentive, and seemed more interested in chatting with each other than actually doing their job. We had to wait far too long to place our order, and when we finally did, the manager acted like they were doing us a favor. To make matters worse, they messed up our order and didn’t even apologize for the mistake. Instead, they argued with us and took forever to bring out the correct dishes. It completely ruined the dining experience. If you value good service, I would suggest avoiding this place. There are plenty of other restaurants with better staff and a more welcoming atmosphere. This was a waste of time and money. 2 out of 10 wouldn't recommend“

“I visited the Salisbury location tonight and there was the nicest older gentleman working in there by himself. Food was good as always and his customer service was great. Kept a positive attitude despite being there BY HIMSELF. While I appreciate him for being there, I found it ridiculous that he was running a whole store by himself. This man needs a raise for what he’s probably delt with tonight. Cooking, cleaning, taking the orders everything by himself in a fast food restaurant. The man that was working tonight 11/9/24 needs recognition because it takes a lot to do all of that and still keep a positive attitude. That’s a hell of a worker right there.“

“Whoever was working the counter this night needs to run the place! This is the first time someone with personality and business sense has worked there in a long time!!! Seriously, if you own this place you need to fire everyone and start over. The young lady on this night was on point, had a great personality and the ice cream even seemed better!“
