Great place to get some good tasting ice cream. they don’t have the largest selection, more of a smaller but I love the party animal and munchie madness. The cake batter ice cream in it is so good. “I love Shelby pelicans so much! The employees are very kind and quick to take your order. The owner himself even puts in the work, and he is very kind. The flavors are outstanding you can really tell they take their time. There has not been a time where I haven’t left satisfied. It’s a great place to take your kids and family. They are very well out together and I wouldn’t choose to go anywhere else!! Love pelicans!!!!!“
“I usually dont mess with dairy queen, but I stopped on a whim and Im so glad I did! Bacon cheeseburger was the best Ive had anywhere! Hot,fresh,cooked perfectly...gosh, I was good! They have the good ice too! Tea was great...sweet but not syrup. People working were super nice.“
“Edit: Came back. Much better customer service. I was immediately greeted at the drive thru instead of waiting 5+ minutes. Staff was very fast and I was alerted to the item causing my short wait. Changing my rating to 4 stars from this experience alone.Previous post (2 weeks prior)If it weren’t for my son liking this place I’d never go here. The AVERAGE time I’ve waited is 14 minutes without a line. We go once a week as a treat. I don’t buy anything anymore to keep the time to under 15 minutes. Once they closed while I was in line for 27 minutes. No apology. And it was before actual closing at 11pm. Close this place so I can tell my son no to going to this terrible place.“
“Super cute store to check out with friends! Lamarick showed us around the shop, educating us with all of the different varieties of candy, ice cream, and even pastries they personally make in the store! You can feel the "home" aesthetic and the owner is a true delight to converse with. Will be coming back for some more of that cookies & cream ice cone :)“
