“To be upfront, I rarely eat fast food, so this rating is based on my experiences with fast food.I ordered the Family Meal (had a coupon for 3 Whoppers, 3 Cheeseburgers, 3 Fries, for $12.99 + tax). I ordered no mayo on the Whoppers and added cheese when asked. I ordered no ketchup on the cheeseburgers, with no pickles on 1 & extra pickles on the other 2. I ordered 2 fries and 1 onion rings. The total was $15 +.The person taking my order was very courteous and patient, and made sure to repeat my order to get it right. She was very cooperative about moving the credit card machine so I could see my card at all times (had Identity Theft 3 times since August 2021, so I don't let my card out of my sight). The night manager assisted, since the machine would not reach the window.Before giving my order to me, they asked if I wanted the Spicy Sauce for the onion rings. I didn't know what that was, but am glad I decided to try it. If you get the chance, try it for yourself! If it's not already on a burger, it definitely needs to be! It's THAT good.I also asked for extra napkins, ketchup (for the fries), & some mayo packets (to put on the burgers myself). They were all given with a smile.Now to how the order was: All of the burgers were correct. That was a first, in my fast food experience. Each one was what was ordered. The only complaint was that the bun on the cheeseburger with no pickles was burnt. It wasn't so bad that it was inedible, but it was definitely black and had a burnt smell and taste. Also, the Whoppers could've had more lettuce on them. There were a few little pieces on each one. The onion rings were good, especially for fast food (and definitely with the Spicy Sauce). The container was full, and some onion rings actually spilled over into the bag. The French Fries were, well they Burger King's French Fries. And for the time of day of my visit (around 6:30 PM), I expected old fries. Let's face it, Burger King is not known for its fries. But I knew going there that they would be sitting under a heat lamp, so my rating is based on knowledge, not taste. They were okay, but not the same as fresh. I probably should have ordered all onion rings.After receiving my order, I drove to a parking spot and took photos as I checked the order. Unfortunately, I didn't see the burnt bun at that time. The food was hot when I received it.Next, I drove across the street, to Walgreens, and took some photos of the front of Burger King, before heading home.Once home, I started a movie and grabbed the onion rings and Spicy Sauce. I ate those and some fries. I always try to eat the foods first that won't taste good cold. Next, I grabbed a Whopper with cheese, adding Mayo first. Thoughts of tubs of fast food Mayo send chills down my spine, so I prefer adding my own with the packets. I don't usually eat Mayo or any type of dressings, but wanted the whole burger experience. I like messy burgers! So I was about to put away everything but saw a cheeseburger and pulled it out of the bag. I ate it, too! OMG, I was so stuffed! My body loved the saltines of all the pickles!The rest was refrigerated and eaten one burger per meal. I microwaved the patty and bun for 30 seconds per side, while the rest sat on the wrapper.Okay, so yes, I did add a Spicy Sauce to one of the Whoppers, and it was good!Overall, it was a good experience.“
“So I was traveling through Sparta and was feeling hungry so me and my siblings decided to stop at Hardee's. It was empty , so we thought we would be in and out of the drive thru fairly quickly but , we weren't. We waited about 10-15 minutes to get from the order box to the window. When we pulled up to the window we noticed there was ONE worker , I sat at the window watching this girl work so hard to be efficient in serving the people who has been going through the drive thru. Assuming the dinning room was closed because she was the only one there. She took my payment and I watched her walk to the dinning room drink dispenser to get our drinks also assuming that the window drink dispenser wasn't working. I then watched her walk back into the kitchen. She was back there for some time before she came back with our food. That only raised my suspicions to her cooking everyone's food as well. She was very professional and worked well under the pressure , I'm sure she was enduring. Only reason I gave 5 stars was because the girl working and she deserves way more then 5 stars. Who ever she is, keep her at all cost and give her a raise! Appreciate the employee you have!! I hope she sees this and I hope she knows me and my siblings appreciate her hard work! Oh , and the food quality , was great. The food tasted amazing and wasn't messy or soggy or poorly assembled. Shout out to that girl!!“
“Whenever we travel to Independence, we have to stop by Aunt Bea's at least once. The all-day breakfast is great along with the BBQ sandwiches and desserts. We found the service to be very friendly on both of our stops during this trip. The food is good and the prices very reasonable.“
“First time eating here, was very impressed, greeter, waitress and staff very helpful, fantastic menu choices, had the pork chop with gravy plate, mashed potatoes and a side salad with iced tea, great meal and perfectly cooked, my wife had the California chicken with baked potato and a salad, loved it. Will be eating here again.“
