“I only go to the restaurant on Ramsey street. The manager and his staff are amazing. Hope Mills use to be out go to until the manager aka son of original owner was rude on several occasions and I have been going there since he was a kid. Trust I will never go back to that location. The one on Owen drive cannot get a order right ever. And the on on skibo is disgusting and takes more than 30 mins to get your food done with me being the only person in there. So want amazing fresh food order always done right and amazing service take the time and drive to go to Ramsey Street location their amazing and is the only one I and my husband go to.“

“I haven’t been to one of these places in YEARS. I couldn’t remember what I ordered and the guy out front CJ. He helped me with suggestions to get exactly what I ordered the last time. It was incredible. Everybody here does a great job. We need more people like you guys people who just care about their jobs. And make the overall experience better. “The name "Submarine sandwich" came out of the north east united states' ship yards in WW 2 where deisile/electric fleet submarines were built, the workers had 45 minutes to take a quick lunch break and ? then an entrepreneur saw a chance to convert a step van ? into the first " Roach Coach" and put a kitchen in it and used long French bread ? sliced lengthwise horizontally and ham, cheese ? and fresh ingredients for the hungry ship yard workers at lunch break from building fleet submarines and then the entrepreneur had an idea ?- put a little American flag ?? on the top and call it a sub sandwich ??...& History was born, great food every day @ Subway!“

“I just recently started eating here and loved it, food and service was excellent. Until I went back a few weeks ago and ordered two cheese steak sandwiches, one regular and the other large, and got home and couldn’t enjoy our sandwiches because they added red peppers that were huge and raw. It made the sandwich horrible being that it was so much to pick out and it was creating frustration and made the sandwich taste horrible, so we threw both sandwiches away. Contacted customer service multiple times and no one reached out or got back to me, so I have stopped eating at Jersey Mikes, being that they did not care about me losing 30+ dollars on sandwiches I thought I was going to enjoy but didn’t and still to this day have yet to hear from them. Not going back!!“

This area can be hit or miss. I typically skip fast food all together. But this location was clean, my food was great, and the staff was fast and friendly. I am glad to have another option when I make this trip to Fayetteville.“

Kid-friendliness: If your child isn't vegetarian there are fresh baked cookies to purchase with meal deal, meatball sandwich, great chips and while I ate the children where enjoying their meal and laughing.

“I just went and yes, I love Jimmy John's, customer service was great and kind but I'm only giving four stars because both times I went now, I asked to not gut the bread. The 13 gets gutted and I like the extra bread and they still gutted it.

It's okay but I like the extra bread lol, good food either way and just a little bit on the expensive side. $20.00 plus dollars for not even a full combo LOL but thank you for the food. ?“

“I always enjoy Jersey Mikes. It was good today but I did notice one thing that is probably against sanitation rules. The young man preparing subs was wearing gloves but had on a bracelet with a long string hanging from the bracelet that was touching the food as he prepared them. Thought you should know.“

“We have had the most delicious experiences at the Jimmy Johns in at the Florence, S. C. and the Lumberton, N. C. locations. The sandwiches were so packed with meat we almost couldn't finish them; the breads were absolutely fresh; and most of all the employees were very friendly and fast to serve. Best food e-v-e-r !!!“

“Young male employee was extremely kind to a slightly hard of hearing, confused customer. Your employee was patient and kind to the elder gentleman. Whomever was working Tues 5/10 around 5pm should be thanked for his kindness.“

“The staff are always kind, courteous, and positive. They greet everyone that comes in. The lunch rush usually has a line to the door but get you in and out. Even at the end of the line I was there maybe 10 min. They got the sandwich making down to a science.“

Parking: The parking lot for the whole express is nearly full throughout lunch times.

“Not only was my sandwich absolutely delicious, freshly made, and well put together, the lady who made it was very kind and friendly. I really enjoyed chatting with her while she worked.
She told me Subway was not her only job, and to think that she is working two jobs and still so friendly and efficient is very impressive.
