“This quaint restaurant located in a charming town..easy quick 5 minutes off the highway..2 minutes back on...soooo WORTH the stop. Soooo fresh, large portions, the Ruben and Chicken salad are some of the best we have had. The staff were Hometown friendly..great atmosphere with a beautiful lake view to sit outside if you choose. Coffee was great- try their roasted Brainstorm!! And to boot they are part of a non-profit group called HOLY ANGELS supporting and providing employment opportunities for the differently able. loved it all!“

“The vibe here is amazing! I love a double entendre so walking in to see a sign that says “meat here” with a giant arrow instantly gives me the giggles! The multicolored decor and cool artwork made it hard to do anything but keep smiling. As soon as we’re seated our waitress says “I love your earring and all your jewlery” and I was smitten. I took my jacket off right as she was brining our food. “I love your tattoos” she says and I’m falling in love with this place. The cheesin steak sandwich is smothered in cheese, the wings are crispy, our appetizers came out fast and hot, and the atmosphere was great. I was having such a good time I didn’t even mind the watered down, chunkless blu cheese. You won’t either I promise! My husband and friends notified the waitress it was my 29th birthday to which she replied “29 would have never guessed your 29!” and I’m a little shocked. The thing is it was 13th 29th birthday so I reply “ and how old did you think I was?” I’m expecting a 35 or 36…. She says “24!” I laughed so much and said “I’m actually 42” and it was her turn to be shocked. She actually insisted I pull out my ID and that’s when I knew this lunch date was a Flirtatious Fork 5 star “Marry Me” good! ❤️ the food, the vibe, the service, the drinks (get the emerald godness, it’s amazing!) 💔 having to leave and knowing there isn’t a groovy beast near me! “We love love love Lake Norman Brewery! It’s always lots of fun and the music is usually great! Love the ciders….delicious! One thing I don’t like about it….you can never sit at a table. We used to get there 6-6:30 ish and there were usually tables to sit at. Now….they’re ALL reserved! Last night we got there at 6:25 and there were no tables available. They ALL had reserved signs on them. If you’re going to reserve them , there should be a few left over for us folks that wander in…spur of the moment! Just sayin………. We came after dinner last night with our company and didn’t bring chairs…….it was a bummer!🍻“

“We enjoyed our 'dinner' at STATION after going through the Belmont Farmer's market. The food was really good, and fairly fast getting served. You do wait in line a bit to place your order depending upon how busy they are. They are open just limited days and not open until 5 PM then. But everything was really good.“

“Our first visit was today. The food was amazing and the Manager that was working the afternoon was amazing. The Manager stepped up and came our waitress she filled our drinks and brought our bill. Our Waitress we had was horrible she never once refilled our drinks. She only took our order and delivered it to us. We did leave a tip which should go to the Manager. “We’ve been to Traust twice now for karaoke nights, both times were great!! We had a birthday dinner there with about 25 people in our party, and Megan held it down!! She did awesome at keeping everyone’s drinks full and taking orders as people rolled in. She was attentive and friendly. Last night there was some drama with a strange man dancing around and trying to talk to our kids. Once I mentioned it to our server, she and several other staff members IMMEDIATELY ran this guy off. They do NOT play when it comes to child safety.“

“What can I say but WOW! This Famous Toastery is a 10! From the time we walked in the door the staff was Awesome! Smiles on faces of everyone working and others dining. The service in this place is a 20. Everyone from the front greeter to the bus person, 3 waitresses…oh my, we just can’t say enough about them all. EVERYONE mentioned asked us several times if we needed anything. Our food was hot and delicious!!! The Toastery made us feel comfortable and like we were a grandmas loving home during the holidays.
