“Despite being short staffed and absolutely slammed, this KFC was able to provide my family (+1 friend) a delicious, hot, and timely meal served with a courteous manner. Even while other customers were complaining because of wait times (again, they were short staffed - there were only a couple people in kitchen and one on register), not once was an unkind word spoken from the staff and there were no smiles lost. Unlike my counterparts, I enjoyed the dining experience, and would absolute go back. Thanks KFC, for making the only thing I wanted for my birthday dinner a great experience. Hopefully your DM or Corporate office sees this and makes sure everyone who was working last night is properly compensated for going above and beyond.“

“It took a few minutes for my family and I (3 of us) to be acknowledged and have our order taken. Once we were spoken to, the 2 ladies up front were very friendly and took our order. No problems. Only thing, my Texas toast, twice now has been plain toast! My favorite part lol anyways chicken sandwiches and tenders were great and fries too.“

“This is a takeout fried chicken place in a truck stop. If you go with appropriate expectations given that description you won’t be disappointed, and you might be surprised.

They have a few $5 meal deals that are pretty tasty. I’ve tried the fried chicken livers or gizzards. Both yummy if you’re down for it. Their chicken is alright. Not gonna change your life. Their biscuits are glazed with some kind of honey sweetness. They are not for everyone but they’re ok. They make a lot fresh at mid day or 5. It’s hot and fresh. But that might’ve been out a while if you go at 3pm or 8pm. Adjust your expectations accordingly.

There are other fast food places that might do it better. I prefer Bojangles chicken and biscuits, for instance. But they’re serving decent food at a decent price.

I won’t drive out of my way to go here. But if I’m going past and need to eat, they’ll take care of me quickly and affordably. I’ve had worse from more expensive places many times :)“
