Mngr openly complaining loud enough customers can hear about doing her job. When you get "mngr" beside your name on your name tag your job Is whatever needs to be done to assist your fellow workers. Doesn't help moral of younger workers with that kind of attitude
I would have given more stars for atmosphere. But when the manager comes storming out of the office and starts yelling at the employees who are doing there jobs in front of the customers,well that's uncalled for. I have been here for about 20 minutes and that's all I heard. This manager either needs restraining order just let go. You can even see that the other employees are not happy.

The server at the register was excellent with taking my son's order. She was very patient with him. We ended up having a spill accident, which my son was upset about, but the server was very kind about the situation and reassured him that everyone makes mistakes and that it was okay.
