“I hadn't had Groucho's since I moved to North Carolina about 2 years ago. I drove 40 minutes to visit this location and I was not at all disappointed. The food was fresh, generous and exactly what I wanted. I love that they sell the 45 sauce by the pint, it is so good and highly recommended. Service was fast and my server Abbigail was fantastic. Parking was easy to find. I'll definitely be back! Thank you!“

The Manager, Eric and Assistant Manager Christopher, not only make sure their staff is taken care of, but also the customers. our family has been going to this location for about 16 years. there are many staff members who have worked their just as long. Highly recommend the Statesville location, not only have the staff become our friends, but also the fellow customers.“

“By far the best Thai/Lao restaurant I've ever been to. Service was amazing, everything was clean, and we only waited for food max 15 minutes before It came out tok us. Amazing Curry, Larb, and Thai tea. Need to try the Khao Piek Sen next (like a thick chicken noodle soup with rice starch noodles). “A solid joint, your typical sports pub vibes with lots of tvs, the bartenders/servers are super friendly and make you feel like a regular. We were in town for a wedding and came to watch a noon Clemson game— highly recommend you go watch your next game there. The bartender is putting in WORK behind that bar and on the service floor. Your drink will never be empty. The owner can even be seen cooking in the kitchen— and engaging in the occasional photobomb! Food was great. Highly recommend.“

The staff are always paying attention to you while you sine, and they also pay attention to the food they have put on; food is replenished often, and is always warm. The only areas that can merit complaints are the small dessert and sub-par sushi they have on offer. All around good option, as it is well priced and consistent. Good prices, too!“
