“Great foods. Great service. Nice friendly family atmosphere. They have been in business for decades. Scotty’s is the cleanest restaurant in town. Furthermore the hostesses and waitresses are always clean, neat and dressed nicely. The other places in town could learn a lot from them.“

“I come through this BK every morning on my way to work. There are several ladies who work the morning shift and each one has not only my order memorized, but my voice too. By the time I get the words out of my mouth - they finish my sentence and tell me pull ahead. They are awesome! They always make my meal the way I ask, never forget the condiments I request, and even do more than they are required to do in order to make my breakfast experience awesome! I can’t say enough great things about all of the morning shift ladies and managers!“

“There have been a few times I’ve come by this McDonalds and service can be slow and orders can be mixed up. But we always come back bc life with two picky eaters leaves us with little options for something quick. Today after church we stopped in for lunch. This has been the best experience in a McDonald’s that I have had in months. We didn’t have to wait long for our food, everything was exactly how we ordered it and the associates were very helpful with anything we needed. Keep up the good work Taylorsville McDonald’s!“

“I had horrible experience with lfemale manager Melanie. Was rude acting like I was lying about item left out of a past order. DJ manager who was.very professional assured me he'd leave my name to send it next time. After I hung up with female he told her it was legit and she did call and apolize. Anyway today I ordered and DJ went above and beyoND even sending extra items. Thank you for being a wonderful manager. They are lucky to have you. I truly appreciate all you did to remedy the mistake. Food was wonderful. He made the food himself.“
