“My friend and I went for a brunch get together. The wait was about 30-35 minutes for the two of us...not bad. Zoe was great! Our server, a young man, I forgot his name but he was also great. Spencer is already one of the hardest working Managers in Greensboro, and he was out there with the rest of the staff making sure everything was moving along. Our server, Alex, was incredible and made sure we had everything we needed. The food was exceptional, from appetizer to dessert. We had the Parmesan Artichoke cheese dip, the honey-chili aioli fried chicken sandwich, hot dog (for the kiddo), and for dessert we had the Kahlua Espresso Cheesecake (coffee w/ Bailey's for Mom and Dad). We are somehow always more impressed with this place every visit and can't wait to get back!“

We ordered the Holey Donuts cheesecake with Nutella, double bacon parmesan hash, frittata rustica, kale tonic, and power breakfast quinoa bowl, acai superfood bowl, and coffee. Everything was absolutely delicious. The only thing was that the double bacon parmesan hash was slightly salty. The service was incredible, and the atmosphere is perfect for sharing a great breakfast. Highly recommended.“

However tonight's experience was unfortunate and I want to share this story in hopes that this doesnt happen to another patron and doesn't cascade into similar experiences ruining the reputation of the host (Joymongers). I hope the owners part ways with the bandito burrito food truck. I was trying to order while standing in rain this evening and was completely ignored. Awkwardly I tapped on the glass... twice... to ask if they were closed for the evening. The women in the window stared right through me and just carried on talking to the cook. Never felt so invisible. Digging through Reviews, I believe this might be the same women from the negative reviews at the bodega location.

I really enjoy the existence of Joymongers in our city. I wrote this review in hopes that something like this doesn't stain the experience of others here.“

“My friend and I wanted to go to a place where we could actually have a conversation and avoid the hustle and bustle of a friday night (7/13) in downtown, so we googled bars and found this one! It is beside a Lowe's in a shopping center, so not the most ideal location, but we loved the outside patio! The sofas were super comfy! They had a live band playing inside, so it was loud in there. I wish they had mixed drinks. My friend enjoyed the craft beer, but I had to opt for the pinot grigio. The server was fast and friendly!“
